As stated elsewhere I really love the theme here.  Also I hadn't mentioned how well I like the painted sabers on the hull of the craft.  Great kill score.  THats creative and its in keeping with the Mando code.

On a side note one small detail and its not your fault, too bad there is no recognizable Mando alphabet that could have been substituted for the english alphabet.  again this could b=not be helped.  Great idea.

Wow that takes me back.  I remember some of those old threads from way back when.  Then again I still remember when Rebelscum had that redirect script with lando and what appeared to ba some type of dumpster.  Does anybody remember that?  Was I freebasing super glue or did that actually happen?

Hey thanks so much everybody!  If anyone is interested I can produce these kamas in any color of fabric and trim.  We can work something out for sure.

Great work!  I especially like the Rodian rifle.  Thats one unique looking weapon.  Its exotic-even in the SW universe.  Great weapon

The soft kama on yur Mandolorian is very well executed.  Clean lines and the color really enriches the look of this figure.

Hayden Solo is also well done.  The addition of the Solo belt and holster turns that Titan A.E. figure into almost an animated SW character.

great stuff!

The diorama looks outstanding.  I love the addition of what looks like rebar in the concrete.  great touch.  I'm looking forward to seeing the completed item.

The figure appears to be wearing some sort of ghillie suit under portions of that red armor.  I like the concept but perhaps a daark wash over the shiney parts would toone it down a bit.

No doubt that this will be an outstanding figure when complete.  I'm looking forward to seeing where this creative figure goes from here. :D

Time for another update.

Hi everybody.  I have been in the process of creating a better version of a soft kama for basic action figures.  You may remember my first attempts at such an item from my Baccara Rise of the EMpire figure and a few others but I was never happy with those attempts.

Thanks to my lovely wife and her extremely cool sewing machine she and I created a brand new kama pattern for clones and other kama sporting figs.

You may also notice the custom soft holsters with this 501st commander.  This is another thing that I wanted to improve.  As you probably know by now my favorite tings to do are to make improved holsters and belt systems for existing action figures.  I'm pretty pleased with these new patterns.

This 501st themed commander is my first prototype for this new kama and holster system.  I hope that you like it and please let me know what you think,

DN,
THis is a really cool custom clone scout.  I love the mix and match of parts that went into this design.  Those scout trooper figures are really revolutionizing clone designs and your version looks awesome.  I love the addition of the soft goods kama with this fig.  One very small and minor detail would be to perhaps trim the very top portion of the kama that sticks above the top of the belt  I bet a sharp new exacto knife would trim it.

SOme people say that your weathering is a bit extreme but personally I love your weathering style.  Your dudes have seen a ton of action-no doubts there.  I prefer your weathering patterns to HAsbro's any day.

Your stuff has been really cool especially lately.  I'm enjoying your series.

This is a nice lookin cusotm Jango for sure.  I'm a huge fan of SA articulation but these legs don't bother me.  Obviously the VOTC jango torso is a great choice for this project.  So far, so great!  Really nice job

Awesome Jedi!  I never would have recognized the head if it weren't for other members identifying it.  I love the simplicity of this figure.  Simplicity should NEVER be mistaken for easy!  You've crafted a nice Clone Wars Jedi- i.e. great parts selection, clean paint aps, overall execution is very well done!

I'm so happy to see an awesome figure of this style imperial uniform.  That comic book is chock full of great custom ideas.  Your Imperial figure from it is  fantastic!  Great details on the tunic and the neck piece.  It looks like he just leapt out of the comic.  Thats a mighty fine head for this figure too.  Its really a perfect head for an imperial.  My compliments to you, great job.  I'm inspired to try thisd style of figure now

Thanks Joe!

The buckles are hand made by me.  ITs nothing more than a segment of paper clip bent into a rectangle.  The trick is to leave the bottom section of the rectangle open so that the belt loop can slide iinto the notch of the buckle.

Measure properly to ensure that the belt is snug.  Hope it helps
