Original Trilogy Collection / Are these figs considered new or re-releases?

I am in the process of setting up my figs in order of release and was curious on the following figs:
SAGA Ki-Adi Mundi (same as EP1 fig)
HOF, OTC R2-D2 (same as Naboo escape EP1 fig)
OTC Vader Hoth (same as POTJ Emperors Wrath fig)
SAGA Yoda Jedi Council (same as EP1 fig)
Would you consider these figs to be no more than just repaints similar to the OTC Gamorrean Guard, OTC Bib Fortuna, OTC Tusken, OTC Jawas?
I am trying to eliminate duplicate figs in my lineup. The Yoda and R2-D2 are in my mind the same figs, but the Vader and Mundi fig have me puzzled.
On a side similar note. Will Hasbro count some of these re-releases in the OTC and SAGA line as part of the process to reach the 500th Vader fig? Since they are numbered? If so the total figure count will be way off with re-releases and repaints.

We dont know what it is yet, but will find out ASAP to do some planning. We are both hoping for another boy, but as long as he/she is healthy that is all that counts. Not sure if I ever posted pics of Tyler but here he is this past Christmas. BTW, Tyler is 3.
