Over the weekend I started getting security advisory messages about the JD forums. I’m not sure if it’s an issue with the host server or another ongoing cyber attack that’s happening, but I wanted to at least report the issues that I’m encountering.

My computer and phone are telling me the site's security certificate expired 3 days ago. I finally pushed through the warnings to check to see how things were--seems sleepy so I guess lots of folks are getting the same messages.
Come back to us, JediDefender!!

I'm getting the same. I can access from home by annoying my web browser, but it's completely blocked at work.

Looks like everything is right with the world again. So what was the issue?
-
Looks like I'm good now, too. Thanks for addressing the issue!

The JediDefender site security certificate expired 7/31 and it took a little bit of effort for the server host to get the matter resolved.
Sorry for the inconvenience everyone! :(

No worries Jeff. Glad we're back up and running!
-
Thanks Jeff !
-
Glad you got it fixed - I thought it was something wrong on my end!
-
I was getting some weird message about someone possibly impersonating the site for a few days so I am relieved to know everything is ok too.
-
It's that time of year again.

Sames. Wish our tech side could plan better for this stuff, but oh well!
Taking longer than usual to get it all sorted out. Sorry for the inconvenience everyone! :(

No worries Jeff. I just can't access the boards at work...I probably shouldn't be doing that anyway.
