Even with all the fad diets out there the best way to go is still to follow the RDA, food pyramid, and stick with your traditional 40-30-30% carb-protein-fat diet, exercise 4 times a week, try to keep your calories under 1,800/day if you're trying to lose weight and no more than 35 g fat.

Mcfarlane.com has pics of MLB 16 up.  Gary Sheffield looks a little too fat to me (and I don't mean PHAT, I mean FAT, he looks a little more like Luis Sojo in the face than himself), but still okay, Manny Ramirez looks great.  Peavy looks nice too.  All in all, a good wave.

I'd like to organize my fodder, but by the time I stand up it's underneath 4 inches of murky water with dirty toilet paper on top of it, so I usually just opt to flush it in it's original disorganized state.

This remains to be seen.  I think Veers and Derlin are going to look like the objects of a scalper's affection compared to ICMG.

Ha ha!  I hope Edgerrin James enjoys not seeing the playoffs for the entire duration of his new 4 year contract with the Arizona Cardinals.  It's all about the money though, and I'm sure they gave him lots (financial details not yet disclosed).
