Did they give a preorder time for these and are we sure that Dark Trooper is a straight re-pack?

They didn't even include an extra open hand... I guess I'll take one carded (because I am one of those suckers), but If I ever decide I need more to open for some reason, I'll stick with the clearanced deluxe version.
