I would guess that the multimillions that they gave Disney to extend their Marvel license to 2020 and include the new movies in the Star Wars licenses played a part in this.

No, Doallyn is still Doallyn. It is the unnamed skiff guard, that people mistook for Doallyn, that has been named Brock Starsher.
If they had been the same person the short story that originally named Doallyn would have had to have been completely thrown out, since in it he didn't leave the palace and survived. Pretty hard to retcon that with being gutted and falling into the Sarlacc as the same person.

It was part of that exclusive wave of comic 2-packs that wound up at Entertainment Earth. Exar Kun was packed with Ulic Qel Droma.

Despite them being rather high up my wishlists I skipped Yavin Han and Hoth Luke. I definitely want to see both of them remade soon. Death Star Luke could use a resculpt too but I want a basic farmboy first. And I'd like to see Tarkin reissued with a sculpted lower tunic.

They'd have posted something if those were coming out soon I'd imagine unless they are attending NYCC?I don't think they showed any exclusives at CEII. But the lack of a "exclusively at ___" sticker on them makes me worried. Maybe Hasbro purposely leaked them to see what the reaction would be so they would know if they should go ahead with them.
