When I was a junior in highschool, I had a dream(NOT one of THOSE Dreams :o, Perverts).  I was  being chased by some unknown person all night.  It was really foggy out, I heard a gunshot in my dream(my alarm going off in the real world), and literaly jumped out of bed.  I had slept on my side and my leg was dead asleep so when I hit the ground my leg gave out and I fell to the floor.  I was still asleep and started pulling myself across the hallway to the bathroom while yelling that I had been shot in the leg.  My mom came running up the stairs and started shaking me awake.

It's one of her favorite stories, topped only by the time I took her friend's Strawberry Daquiry(??spelling??) and ended up drunk in the pool with my floaties.  I was 4. ;D

Thanks for the offer ldbryant55, I'm sorry I don't have that kind of money, or any money right now for any toys.  I'm in the middle of buying a house.  Good luck on ebay.

Joel :)

I'm going to be a new home buyer too!  My wife and I are in the middle of all the hoops you have to jump through to actually sign the papers.  It'll be great, we're finally getting out of the Seattle area and moving back where the sun shinesin summer and the snow falls in winter, Eastern Washington!

I can wear my WSU Cougar hat, and not recieve nasty looks and comments!

I was dragged out of Top Gun by my mom when I was a kid.  The whole family departed during the 2nd sex scene, or was it the 3rd....maybe the 4th.  I don't know, I just remember asking why we were being forced to leave, then later being drug INTO Driving Mrs. Daisy by those same parents of mine.

How do you spell Cruel and Unusuall Punishment???

A-L-I-E-N-S-3, this is the movie I snoozed through.  This movie was terrible, the only redeeming quality to this movie was that parents brought their 6-10 year old kids for a "monster" movie that ended up swearing every 4 or 5 words.  The exodus of parents and crying children was quite entertaining.

Power of the Force 2 / Re: Favorite POTF2 Figure.

Probably Grand Moff Tarkin would have to be my favorite fig in the POTF2 line.  I always wanted one and for some reason they didn't make a vintage figure of him. :'(

Runners up would be Removable helmet Vader and removable hand Luke.  Those were works of art.

Those o-rings are extremely easy to replace.  You could have a working army again for around $4.00(depending on how many o-rings you need) if that's all that's keeping your figs apart.  You can get the right sized o-rings from any hardware store, or off most Joe collector sites.

I'm another GI Joe 3 3/4" 1982-89 collector.  The problem with alot of figs after 1987 is that they started coming out with Neon colored weapons, and started making mass 2nd, 3rd, & 10th versions/remolds of the same characters.  Seems they ran out of good ideas and used their crappy ones.  I've only got three figs after 87 and those are Iron Grenadier, Night Force Shockwave, and Night Viper.

I also collect:

Vintage 3 3/4" Star Wars figures.  Some POTF2 stuff too.
Vintage Tron Figures(none yet, just starting)
Vintage Lord of the Rings figures(also none yet, just starting)
New Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

I'm moving to an area where golf course green fees are going to be anywhere from $16-$50 for 18 holes.  I'll most likely stick to the $16 crap holes!

A 6 pack isn't much for that length of time, of course I'm a lightweight and would be falling over at 3, so what do I know ;)

A friend of mine has one of those nifty beer totes that looks like a club up top.  It's usually empty by the 8th hole though.

I don't have the second Golden Sun either, my cousin was telling me about it.  Unfortunately I traded my Golden Sun copy for Mario Advance 2: Mario World, so now I have to go get it and beat it all over again to download my character's abilities.  I guess there's going to be a third one too.

Advance Wars?  What's that?  The only games I've played/beat are the ones I mentioned in the last reply, any recommendations?

Hey Big Dumb Wookie,

I can definitely recommend Castlevania: Harmony of Dissonance.  It's an awsome game!  The metroid game is good, but short.  The two towers GBA game is kind of like Diablo but has little replay value once you beat it with all the characters. Golden Sun is a great RPG and you can transfer your data from the first Golden sun to  Golden sun 2.  Whatever you do, Don't waist your money on Dragon Ball Z: Legend of Gohku for the GBA, TERRIBLE!!!!!  Mario Advance 2: Mario World is a great one too.

I've seen Donkey Kong Country for the GBA at KB-toys on their cheep rack for $19.99.  You might check there for games you want.

My version  ::) of the Counting Crows 2 disk greatest hits album has been playing almost non-stop at my workshop/office.  I'm a one man work shop, so I pretty much get to play whatever I want whenever I want. :P

I'm a 3-4 putter usually.  I think my putter came from one of the mini-golf courses :-\  The only club I've paid more than $2.00 for is my wedge, I bought it for $10 at Garts Sports on sale.  This is of course my learner set, I'll eventually get a nice set....eventually.

Watto's Junk Yard / Re: Your DVD Collection
« on: June 26, 2003, 12:20 PM »
Very small collection because my DVD player isn't currently working well with my TV.  The red/yellow/white jacks on the TV are broken.  When I run the DVD through my VCR and then to the TV through the Cable connection, the picture goes bright then dark over and over again...  Anyways, here's my list:

Transformers Seasons: I, II part 1, II part 2
GI Joe: Original Mini-series 2 disk DVD set
The Magnificent Seven
Fist Full of Dollars
Reign of Fire
Dracula- its a newer one about the life of Vlad the Impaler

I started putting a set of clubs together through the goodwill $1.50 bin!  I've been out on the course 2 times now.  The first time I shot a 134 on a par 72!  The last time(with my brother) we didn't keep score.  I did sink a 25 ft uphill putt from just off the green, and later hit the pin from 40ft out with a wedge.  Those were my only 2 redeeming shots of the day...  I have to turn about 30 degrees to the left of the fairway when teeing off, that's the only way I can get it close to staying on, otherwise I'm WAY off in the bushes to the right of the fairway.

I love this game!  It's a blast just to get out there and walk around and bs with your friends.  Especially if you don't keep score or care who wins. ;D
