Loved the scenes with Arya.  Her assuming the face of Lord Frey was epic!  Looks like she's going to reunite with Nymeria this season...love it!  She's going to fail in killing Cersei though....it's going to be Jaime that ends up killing her.

Jaime is going to die dueling Brienne.  Cersi is going to take some dragon glass to the heart and become the Night's Queen - leading the forces of the dead against Jon Snow and Daenerys.

Yeah, it was fun, better than I expected. I skipped the Garfield movies at the theater...and those last two Spider-man movies, too.  :P

Really enjoyed SM:H!  It was just a fun, enjoyable film.  Keaton was fantastic.  Loved the after-credit scene.  Also loved how they incorporated Damage Control - really had fun with that series back when I was a teen.

Just saw Homecoming...it is another great Marvel movie top to bottom, the way they skipped the whole being bitten by a radioactive Spider etc and another Green Goblin story was really well done

Ties into Civil War and the trademark balance of Humor and Action with dashes of comic lore were again tonally so much better than anything cooking right now in any Movieverse

I also loved Keaton's Vulture...and Holland is so great as Peter Parker...homerun!

Great to hear!  I've been seeing a lot of naysayers solely off the trailers (and that it's ANOTHER reboot), but I had a great deal of faith in Marvel Studios.

The finale was brutal.  Jimmy's gonna be in sad shape next season.

That droid is called an "Astromech Droid."

I take the anti-women-only protest as more of a "trying to prove a point" protest than a "legitimately offended" protest.  I read somewhere that there were some guys who drove hours to attend the Austin screening only to learn when they arrived that they weren't allowed in, and I'm sure those guys had legit beef.  But everyone else I think it's the same sort of faux rage used all over the place to point out hypocrisy and express general cultural discontent.

I saw it three times over the weekend.  Totally awesome.

There were a couple things I thought were a bit too over the top.  Defying physics for the sake of humor.  And I don't understand why those pillars started rising to the surface other than the story needed some means of transport at that moment.  But those are just a minor niggles out of 2+ hours of joy.

New toy line for it?  Hard to imagine $ being left on the table.  Summer movie and all.

Because all the kids want to play with an action figure of a 78-year-old man.

I'm loving this new arc after the winter break.  I was TOTALLY geeking out over the way the adapted the "What If?" comic book series (a favorite of mine as a kid).  And the way they've executed it is spot-on.

I also didn't expect them to spend as much time in the framework as they have.  Usually these alt-universe episodes are a 1-off or 2-parter.

It's been fun seeing some old faces.  And I'm sad to see The Patriot bite it.

In the comics now, he has a prosthetic hook....shouldn't be too hard to do in the show.

They wouldn't go CGI, so it'd have to look all goofy and huge like Merle's.  Unless they opt for a gold hand like they do for Jaime in GoT.

And honestly, there's really zero benefit to doing it.

And the showrunners have explained that it'd be too costly to CGI out his hand going forward.  I don't expect it'll ever happen.
