I would like to take this time to invite all of you over to my home SW club site jediokc.com, coming up very soon we are getting together for a special club nite to raise money for our fellow club member clkbj(Chad). If any members here live in the Oklahoma city area, and would like to join us for an evening of fun, good food, great converstaion, and a chance to win some really cool prizes, I would like to send a personal invite out to all that would like to attend. You all can still enter our drawings if you would like. We have some really awesome prizes, courtesy of the top retailers around. All proceeds will go to our fellow club member Chad, who recently had a stroke at the start of this year, and recently relapsed. If you would like to purchase tickets, they will be $5.00 each. Please pm me, and let me know you are interested. I cannot take paypal for this, sorry folks, but I am happy to accept checks, money orders, and cash at your own risk. When I have set a definite day for this event, and raffles, I will let you all know for sure. The drawings will be recorded live, and shown online to everyone that would like to see them. At this time I would like to thank all the retailers with all my heart that have been so kind enough to donate items to our club. Without any of you, this event would not be able to take place. I had posted that the date for this event will be Sat Dec 16th, but it now might change to Sat Dec 9th. I will let it be known in here for sure which date it will be closer to it, sorry for the inconvience but the lounge that we are having this event at may be booked already for the 16th....

I let your first comment slide Matt about having internet in OK. Your 2nd comment was really unecessary to say the least. This event is a very serious matter. I don't appreciate having smart remarks made about this, so if you are not interested in wanting to help out, please just don't say anything at all....

Apologies, "jedi_riccan." They's just jokes! And now I've discovered (unfortunately a little too late) that such frivolousness is unwelcome in this otherwise very serious matter regarding the raffling off of Star Wars toys. So, with that, I humbly tuck my tail between my legs and bid this thread adieu.
But before I go, I do want to take issue with the following statement:

I resent that. In no way, shape, or form was there ever anything "smart" about my remarks. They were all dumb, from the get-go.
