I collect loose so picking them up is cheaper in that regard, and honestly there are only about 10-20 figures left on my want list that would bring me to plunk down any serious cash for them. One is that Dagobah Landing Luke...I know I will probably have to really invest the cash into that one someday, but now I can justify it in my head because the Weequay, Wooof, and Nikto came back cheaper.

Circling back to my Dagobah Landing Luke woes, he has shown up in Tunghori's inventory now at a regular ish price so I have one on the way. As always I had to make it worth the shipping by building up a worthwhile order, but there was enough there (including Wooof now too) so it was easy enough.

One more down thanks to playing the long game.

Yularen and Tarkin are two officers in particular that I'd like with this new body. Motti is also screaming for an update, as is Veers. I hope they can possibly have new legs at least for some of them to give variations to the heights.

I am aware the Officer Onslaught is on the way. I hope they knock a bunch of identifiable faces in a 4-pack.

Motti is probably my most wanted resculpt in that field.

Watch that leg swap wish, you'll either get Bith pockets legs or General Lando legs!

Want to make it a good ROTJ wave?  Throw in Sim Aloo, or an Ewok that hasn't been made before, or a new Jabba goon that hasn't been made before...

He's not a never-before made character, but I'd **** my pants for a Squidface that was given the same level of love as last year's Bib Fortuna.

That said, I really need a Fozec before the line ends.

And honestly the current Hasbro team could pull it off in their current style by just taking Bib and giving him different soft goods, head and hands.

Then rinse and repeat for Sim Aloo.

Thanks for posting that link, I have heard plenty about them but never sought them out as a potential customer.

Now I have a Fleet Trooper and Sandtrooper on the way ( that Hasbro ought to easily have taken my money for instead 4 years into the Retro line) and I am really considering a rocket firing Fett.

If Mando S3 doesn't start with a 10min montage of the Mando and Grogu side quest in BOBF like how they recapped the prequels in Obi-Wan Kenobi I will be genuinely shocked. There's a lot of information to include for fans who didn't follow the Fett show or gave up after the first few episodes.

As for the story, reversing Grogu's departure so quickly really undermined the emotional stakes they built up. And it seems like Din is trying to rebuild his standing in the clan, even though it was played as an emotional breakthrough for him last season to let go of the dogma and choose his own destiny. I hope the promise of a Filoniverse crossover doesn't derail his apparent character arc.

I have seen no official explanation,  but I kind of figured the accident we see the remnants of in the quarry killed everyone inside, leaving just the non working children alive on the planet. And when the Republic /Empire found out (probably right after the Andors left) they purged the planet to keep the story quiet.

I heard that the only reason we flashed back to Kanari was because Tony Gilroy got a bug in his head about really needing to explain why Cassian 's accent was so different from everyone else. It was one little detail he had to lock down before he could move on to the story in general.

Please add new leadership in Star Wars toys at Hasbro to your evening prayer list too.

The totally meaningless repaints have got to stop.

I blame Funko for starting off the redeco madness, Brian Flynn just took it to the next iteration.

I imagine Jing is a bigger fan of Funko Pops than she is of Star Wars. After all, she legit thought a Stormtrooper got fed to the Rancor.

This is Kafkaesque. Nobody wants these. (Completists notwithstanding.)

At that price I hope they rot on the pegs and target never feels compelled to order another exclusive Star Wars figure.

And I am adding a prayer for the Boba Fett and Clone Arc Trooper tooling to break to my evening prayer list.

Are they really just the same size as an average human?

They were played by guys in suits, so yeah, probably.

I skipped this set but I did buy 2 Darktroopers that I can't wait to get. This set didn't have enough new to entice me, and I already made my own cardboard hallway diorama from the show.

I have been seeing lots of those Ball Speeders showing up. I ultimately passed on it for now...

The Bantha's original run shipped out just about a year ago. I imagine anything you are seeing on eBay is people selling from that batch. I haven't heard anything about his next run of those, except that he is doing one. It may be a while before that order gets filled.

BTW, did anyone else appreciate the designation of the Imperial cruiser as a Cantwell class ship?  It was nice to see designer Colin Cantwell get that kind of nod in the show.

Also I absolutely loved the Cantwell-class Arrestor, specifically since they gave it that class. I remember seeing the model in one of the early 90's NF Star Wars books. (Lucasfilm Archives or something?) and thinking how different a take on the Star Destroyer it was. Never did I expect to see one made to fit the universe...and from what I understand this was just fortuitous for the show, since the 3D computer model used was built up for the Solo movie but the scene got cut (It is still in the film, but just barely in the recruitment hologram on Correlia.) So it was unique, and ready-to-go, and already paid for! Good budgeting! Now get Colin's Landspeeder into a show, somebody!

I did.  :P

I was more perplexed by what was going on with B2-EM0 this week than Luthen's heritage.

In the early episodes, the very clunky and odd bit of data about Bee needing extra energy to lie was delivered, they made a little joke out of it. In this episode, they made mention of the fact that he has been charging constantly ever since Maarva died, they showed that he's actively charging with the indicator light on his face blinking, and he wouldn't even leave home when it was requested of him.

Is this a hint that Bee is lying about something? Is Maarva up to something/was up to something and now he feels obligated to finish it, or potentially his apparent grief is his clumsy attempt to act normal knowing that Maarva's death was faked?

I have not been hypothesizing what will happen with this show because it has been so curveball-filled and I have been enjoying just letting it play out, but this all seemed to unfold in a very "payoff" way to that odd lying fact from the earlier episodes, so I got intrigued, but I haven't seen anyone else mention it around. Maybe I'm crazy.

Does the Ghost have a TVC crew? Do they come with it?

Jayson is now reporting that when the Target order page goes live today, it will do so with a $22.99 price.

So at least they seem to have been listening to concerns about the pricing.  >:D
