Usually when "hot" figures are available at Amazon.com they sell very quickly.  However, Meena Tills, Wookiee Commando, Passel Argente, Neimoidian Commander, Grievous Bodyguard, Commander Gree, Commander Bly, Cat MIIN, Royal Guard (Blue),Royal Guard (Red) have been at Amazon for several days now and they are all still in stock.  Strange...  Probably due to the $7.99 (plus shipping) price tag more than anything else.

I got an email this morning that my 2 troopers shipped.  Now I have 2 of these on the way and 2 holo emperors.  Of course stupid me saw the holo figs in person and bought them even though I ordered 2 online.  I'm so impulsive sometimes...  Any one want to trade fo rthe 2 emperors?  I still need Bly, and a Tac ops trooper.  2 holo emps for a Bly and a Tac ops trooper?  Anyone?  Anyone?

Well I was totally charged for new figures to be put out on 1 Nov when the DVD came out but after checking 2 Walmarts, 2 Targets and 1 TRU I ended up with NOTHING!!!  For the "final 12" in Northern Virginia so far I found -- 2-3 weeks ago -- a hand full of Nemoidian Commanders and 1 Commander Gree at a Target.  I picked up the Gree and checked back 4 times in 4 days and even the stinking Nemoidian's dissapeared by day 2.  I'm still holding out as I refuse to pay $7.99 plus shipping at Amazon.com for a Commander Bly, R4 and the Tac Ops Trooper.

That would be fantastic!  I ordered 2 of these guys but I think the Target clone looks better.  I hope this is a sign that one is on the way as well.

I guess I fired myself up because after I posted this I went out and bought a Crimson Shadow Guard pack.  I like it because it's army builder, 6 guys for $20 is good, and it should be easy to do a little customizing and make them look better. 

I don't like the articulation at all.  Wrists don't swivel, waist is...well it's just weird and moves around a lot, but the rest is pretty good.  Oh, I don't like the way the shoulders look.  I guess they look too "raw" like a doll or something.  HOWEVER, these guys are all black so some unpleasant features will not show up as well, they have cool helmets (which are removable) and well they look pretty cool overall.   

My 1st step is to paint over the "cobra" on their chest and touch them up here and there w/ black paint (the neck shows flesh where it touches the torso).   I'll post some pics when I'm done.

I hate it when I do this:

Saw them online last night, bought 2.  Saw them today at 1PM, bought 2.  Used my smart phone to log on to the amazon.com website and it was too late (already in process for shipping and can't cancel).  Grrrrr   Now I have 2 and 2 more on the way!  I opened one and it's not that great.  I guess I got caught up in the excitement.     Fortunately I got a gift receipt so I can take them back but I get stuck with the shipping... 

It make me sad but you are 100% correct.  This will no longer be a WM exclusive and there will be even more people who see the price tag and scoff.   At least Target will have a bunch on sale by late next year...and they have good sales too
