I keep checking HTS. At some point those Baby Bobas are going to be ready and they may have to offer them on HTS to keep product from backing up. I have yet to see a deluxe that disappeared. Just think about how many Jesses you see now. I am hoping for a discount score somewhere down the line.

No, I still can't find the blasted thing. I think I have seen 10 of every other new item, except the droids BP which has also been elusive.

This is why I hate to use eBay or a secondary market. This is happening because people are getting top dollar for those exclusive figures, and when you combine the extra they make on the shipping even after they give you a break for multiple purchases they are sitting on a cash cow. Using this approach the seller has no or very little cost, and walks away with close to or sometimes more than the cost of the original item. The only way to stop this is to not buy opened items on the secondary market, but we know that won't happen.

I think the stage is set for some carnage. I know it is a kids show, but at some point it will have to give. It makes perfect sense for Filoni to have Dooku kill off ventress at some point when she tries to seek revenge. I am hoping for a season four with no episodes about poisoned tea. The teasers look fantastic. Only a few more weeks and we should have new star wars on the small screen again!

You can pre order on amazon up to the last day before it comes out. If there are any store specials they will likely be published in the Sunday paper ads the week before. I am waiting until at least then so I don't miss out on something that migh be worth a few extra dollars.

Saw all of the rapid strikes except the y wing at WM yesterday along with the new battle packs and the shuttle. Looks like they were resetting the store. The star wars display was shifted over two rows. Bad news is they do not look to be adding more figures because of the glut of flamethrower clone waves that recently jammed the pegs. Not sure if the same things are happening everywhere.

The only other thing that was great pre Internet was having those figures on the pegs for a whole year. After saving up money for months you had to decide what figure, or with birthday money, figures you would get next. There was no worry that they would be scooped up by scalpers never to be found again. I think that is why so many figures became absolute favorites. My son is kind of missing out on that because I am so worried we will never see a wave again, I buy what I can find and then hide it away until birthday or Christmas.
    I also miss, pre websites, the picture checklist that came with the vehicles. It was the first chance to see what you were going to want next.

Three new figures for around six and change a piece is no different than buying most of a wave when it hits. With two differences. One you can actually find the battle packs on the shelf, and two it works out to be a bit cheaper. With the price point at 25 that changes. I don't think I could have pulled the trigger on Bane for 25. I think this is an example of Hasbro trying to make the best of both worlds for its customers. Hero characters ,slightly altered, with rare figures that would probably not sell as well individually carded. Hasbro is pushing it on the value here. Hopefully they will get the message if there are 100 zillo packs still out there and defend Kaminos are much harder to find.
