TVC Tantive IV Hallway Playset

I've had a couple of packages shipped via USPS that have gotten "stuck" in the past couple of weeks.  They sit for no apparent reason in one town or another for about 7 days before they get unstuck and start moving again.  I'm not sure if they've got semis full of packages that make it to a post office and get ignored for a week in a parking lot or what.  Glad I'm not having critical medicine shipped to me via USPS.

It seems anything sent via UPS, Fed Ex, or Amazon moves at a brisk pace.  USPS and any of the other lesser brands (SmartPost, etc.) seem to have really struggled lately.

My Amazon sets came a bit back now and the Pulse ones are on the way.  Part of me mulling two more sets cuz I’m stupid.

What is your call on the scale of the ship in that book vs. the scale in TROS? I would say It is a the cross sections book has it as twice as big.

Mine showed up today.  Nice addition to the collection, although I'm not sure where I'm going to display it.  I might actually be different and set it up with Yoda, Obi-Wan and Bail Organa walking down the hallway.

It fits most shelves kinda nice...  I too am not sure how I’ll use them ultimately, or if I’ll maybe keep mixing it around.  I dunno.

Man that lack of a working holster sucks. 👀

Setting it up with just the one wall looks great on a shelf.  But setting it up as a corridor with the walls facing one another becomes a little challenging to display.  But some of the photography that I've seen of it set up that way is fantastic.  I have to figure out a way to display it like that, because unfortunately my shelves are only 12" deep.

I got a chance to open and set mine up last week, and it really is neat. Like you mentioned though, more than one could be a display problem. I picked up two of the Carbon Freeze sets (one full price, one discounted on Amazon), and haven’t even opened the second. Heck, I took the original down yesterday because I just don’t have a place for it right now.I like it, just challenging to display for me.

I did some modification to my two hallway sets to get them to fit within a Billy shelf. I plan on getting a couple more to use for temp setups and photos, but I'm glad I was able to mod these for my evergreen Rebels shelf. Kind of a nod to Home One.
