I'm very leery about MMORPGs.  The whole concept is somewhat disturbing.

Adam,

You can create a character on each server but once you're there you're there.   There is a way to transfer your character to a new server, but it costs money (not in game money either).    I'm on Bria..  name of Na-Weobo and I've been playing since the beginning.   I think you can now have 2 characters per server.

Should be on the character creation screen near where you input your character's name- It's been a while since I've created a new character though...
