Star Wars Anthology / Re: Rogue One (SPOILERS)
« on: March 31, 2016, 04:30 PM »
I don't think this movie will have anything to do with Rebels. It looks like fun SciFi battlefront type stuff.  Very different but still feels like grown up Star Wars.

I cant guess whether the Rebels crew will be in Rogue One, but I would bet there's a 90% chance the Ghost itself will appear in the movie.

Hot Wheels new "Elite" Series offers up its first Episode VII product announcement -

Star Wars The Force Awakens New Starship Hot Wheels Elite Die-Cast Vehicle - Coming in May 2016 ($69.99)

"From Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens, comes this 1:18 scale Hot Wheels Elite Starship Hot Wheels Elite Die-Cast Vehicle. The Force Awakens Starship measures approximately 6-inches long and features opening parts and attachable landing gear. The Force Awakens Starship Includes a display stand and is packaged in a polyfoam closed black box. More details to come."

EE has a few other "Eilte Series" too... ANH X-Wing, ESB TIE Fighter, and ROTJ Falcon.  They say 1:18 scale, but if the Falcon is only 6" long that's obviously NOT a real 1:18 scale. :P

That size description on EE is only maybe 1/4 inch longer than the Disney store release for $10. These things better blow people's minds at $70 a piece.

The Sequel Trilogy / Re: Star Wars: The Force Awakens (SPOILERS)

I'm pretty sure this might be a deleted scene. The snowspeeder is parked in the background as  they run in to place the explosives.

How did Poe manage to take his jacket off before the TIE crashed into Jakku? Apparently both Finn and Poe and Finn were launched out of ejector seats.

It would make more "sense" that he became a force ghost and the jacket was just laying there. The loose jacket works well on Finn needing normal clothes, but makes no sense.

I just spotted a Hassk thug, a third wave 5poa figure. The camera follows his back as they walk inside of Maz's castle. Now I need to spot Judah Friedlander.

The Sequel Trilogy / Re: The Force Awakens Trailers
« on: April 17, 2015, 03:27 AM »
After the 40th time... Watching this without sound reveals more.

The handoff of the lightsaber is from a non-human person with very human like hands.
The TIE fighters have "reversed colors", dark hull, light solar panels.
The Imperial outdoor base is on a winter world, or in a winter season.
The crashed ship at the end, which the Falcon and TIE fighters fly into may be an upside down super star destroyer.
When Rey and Finn are running from the TIE fighter, Finn seems to be wearing a jacket over his stormtrooper unitard suit.

Hey, are any of you guys completely up to date in most spoiler information for episode 7?

I'm trying to stay spoiler free but there are few details I've accidentally learned.

I just need direction on how likely a specific plot line is in the film.

if you think you can field that request can you send me a private message?

The Black Series 3.75" / Re: Recent purchases
« on: February 26, 2014, 12:22 AM »
Jeff, do you see a connection with the higher pricing being in more affluent areas?

I too am in the Minneapolis crew with Jess. I do see a trend of higher prices in more affluent areas. Our western metro suburbs have targets, with noticeably higher prices across the board. There might be a higher priced suburb in town were this does not follow suit, but I have seen plenty of evidence of differing prices in correlation with higher property values.

If anyone is still reading this  :)

Does anyone have a fair estimate for what a Ultra Titanium Millennium Falcon should be worth now? I',m kicking myself that I never found one at TJ Maxx for $10.

To be specific i only need a loose version in good condition, I dont care about the bubble and the bi plastic base. I only would care about the ship and the action fleet style base.

What's the difference between these to lines? Is the scale similar?

I have all the Bounty hunter ships released in the hasbro titanium line, but still need to pick up a slave 1 to go with them.

Does it matter what version I get?
