Title: Coruscant Jedi Club...
Post by: Sandtrooper Dan on January 23, 2004, 07:39 PM
Here is the latest diorama I built and sold on e-bay. This is the one that went to Puerto Rico. This one was hard to part with for some reason, but that's why I built it, to hook somebody else up. Here is the link, ENJOY.  ;D

DSJ, I did'nt have to let it go, I am spreading the diorama joy to people that can't build them themselvs. It is a great way to display your loose figs, and a great way to use up all these accessories we have been getting. In this case it was the three bar sets we all got in 2002. I built this whole diorama around them.  Besides, I can always build another fo myself. THANKS FOR THE COMPLIMENTS. :D

Nice!  Looks like Yaddle had a little too much to drink...and is Yoda trying to climb up on the bar next to Oppo Rancissis?  Perhaps to throw his head under the tap?

I have been building diorama for about 2 years now, my first one was the Mos Eisley Cantina, and I am not talking about no cardboard display from Kenner, this is an accurate scale replica for the 3 3/4 figures complete with lights in the tables and above the bar, and recently I expanded it with more buildings to create a Mos Eisley street scene as well as the bar. This is a work in progress, and I will be showing this one soon. I have also built a Deathstar diorama, Jabba's torture room, a Bacta Medical center scene, Mos Espa slave quarters where Anaikin was living as a kid, a small Endor scene, and a huge Cobra chemical factory diorama for the G.I. Joe fans out their which is for sale. Oh yeah, I also built a small diorama for my Tusken Raiders to hang out. I am curently working on one of the most complicated one I have made to date. This one should be really cool when it is complete.

My insperation for all these was the great NIUBNIUB. The Master. :)
