Pending confirmation/allocation, our order is for 11 Master Cases.

Jeff has already placed our order for series 9 but it looks like 2 boxes may still be available. I'd PM him to see if this is still the case.

"Chase" means a secret figure?
If so, whether you can get it or not depends on the carton.
If you purchase it by carton(4boxes), you can not always get a secret
character.
There was more to it about the Halo kubricks and chases were not in all the cartons, not sure if this is true or not. I guess i am just out of luck.
While this is certainly a discouraging response and I'm a bit nervous about my case at this point, I don't take Robby's word as the final word regarding chase placement/ratios/whatever. If they are strictly a wholesaler selling cases (and boxes???), they wouldn't have any idea if each case comes with a chase or not. Since it's not a guarantee stated by Medicom, I'm sure Robby doesn't want the responsibility of ensuring that a chase is found in each case and this is just a standard response. I think Medicom is your best bet at this point. I'm sure it will take some leg work to track them down, but their contact info has to be out there somewhere (maybe even ask Robby for what contact info they have).

Morgbug - Guess I didn't look at it from a Japanese collector POV...it makes a little more sense for Medicom to tamper with things looking at it from that angle.

I wonder though if Medicom isn't messing things around now instead of Robby doing something? Might be they got tired of the likes of us working out the ratios and placements within the case? Want it to be more random now?
Of course that doesn't jive with what happened with Jeff's case, but it is a pretty small sample size thus far.
I can understand Medicom playing around with the placement within the case but I don't see the benefit for Medicom to eliminate them from some cases completely. I think a lot of people would just resort to e-bay than risk a chaseless case.
I'm hoping this is just a fluke and Medicom corrects their error for him.

Man, I'd be pissed too. If robby won't do anything about it, do you think Medicom will?
Has anyone else had this happen with a case from Robby?

Lord, I hope they never do a Jedi or Clone Commander Box Set. The aftermarket price on those would be insane! I'd much rather see them come out as regular releases over the next year or two.
