This gets me a little grumpy too.  Plus they released a carbonized version, so they're getting a lot of mileage with this sculpt.

Normally Hasbro would release this exclusive version first, and then later make a non-removeable helmet version for the masses.

I think it would be cool to have this version, but not sure I want to spend $40 for something I essentially already have.

I'll once again preface my comment with the fact I don't collect the BS6" stuff, but I think it's kind of a fun idea to go along with the George/Trooper and Dave/Pilot figures.  Enough of a niche that you can skip it if you want, but something fun for those folks who are looking to honor "behind the scenes" folks like Anthony Daniels head 3PO or Peter Mayhew head Chewbacca.

Maybe they will keep it going with Bryce Dallas Howard head on a Bo-Katan body or a Deborah Chow head on a Third Sister body?

Did anyone else preorder this today?  I was surprised to see it was available on Hasbro Pulse this afternoon.  This was my only Black Series order today.  I’m still waiting on the McQuarrie 2-pack.

I tried it out as I expected that you would be blocked without the SW Convention code.  I made it all the way to the last step of the checkout without being blocked, but then abandoned my cart.  I'm getting choosier with my 6" purchases and decided to pass on this tweak to a figure I've essentially already got.

I was very pleasantly surprised to get a preorder in on this as well. Thought it would be a lot harder to run this one down so definitely a relief.
