6" Black Series Store Finds and Recent Purchases

The Amazon app and wishlists have been helpful for keeping track of most things in one place.  I’m sure there may be some things that I’ll miss.  But it was having Figrin D’an and the Fifth Brother on there that helped me score those for $9.99 each.

Received my 1-JAC and Purge Trooper figures I had preordered from Walmart awhile back. Looks like that will probably be it for this year. Whew!

I stopped in to a Best Buy today for the first time in awhile and noticed their toy section is pared way way back. They had a little Lego section and then there was a shelf or two of other random bits. 

Maybe this change happened awhile ago but the last time I was at this store (six months ago?) they had a few small aisles full of toys.

Hope I see one in a store someday so I can upgrade.

Amazon keeps playing shuffleboard with the shipping dates for Migs and Axe.

I've decided to mostly bail on this line.  I cancelled about $300 worth of pre-orders today and going forward am going to be pretty selective about what I add in this line.

I’ve gotten a bunch of staff lately in the mail. Axe Woves, Migs, Aayla, Darth Maul, Grogu, etc. they are all really nice figures, and thankfully still in the old style packaging.

Got a shipping notification for the Walmart exclusive Boba Fett (Tython maybe?) recently too, this was my oldest outstanding preorder I believe.

I used some Best Buy Rewards points to get a Black Series Reva.  All told it cost me $2.50 plus the points.  And shipping was free!

I came across the Grand Inquisitor yesterday at Target, along with Mayfeld and Greef Karga.  According to the Target app the Grand Inquisitor was $22.99.  I haven't seen the price budge on that one at all, and I loved the character in REBELS.  So I got the cashier to price match with the Target app.  Otherwise it would have been $24.99!

I have received two emails and four notifications from the GS app that mine shipped but nothing that actually shows me details that it shipped?

Funny you should ask that, I got a shipping notice earlier in the week with the original order # but no tracking info. When I looked the order up it the item just showed as Awaiting Availability or something like that. So yeah, same deal as you sounds like. I hope that is not how they are handling these from now on though, I like being able to track my stuff.

I just got another of those emails last night too, probably for the Battle Droid, so I guess it will just show up out of the blue one day soon…

I took the plunge and got the Imperial Riot Trooper (Ferrix) this morning thanks to the markdown to $18.49.  That $26.99 price tag is just too high for these figures.  And I like this particular figure!  But I passed on the Shoretrooper repaint.  That didn't do anything for me at all.
