Walmart 2022 TVC Clone Wars Micro Series

Aayla expected arrival Friday 3/4; Luminara, Bariss, Blue ARC x2 expected arrival Saturday 3/5.

All four of the packages showed up early today.  Nice surprise!

1 in a decent-sized box, 1 in the barely fits in the box, 4 in bubble mailers.

There are 2 boxes, 1 large bubble mailer envelope and 2 medium bubble mailer envelopes.

I got 3 small boxes and one large padded mailer.  Everything arrived with some level of non-minty-ness.

Small box: ARC Trooper (creased top)
Bubble mailer #1: Battle Droid (creased top)
Bubble mailer #2: Aayla Secura (minty)
Bubble mailer #3: Luminara Unduli (creased top, apparently they folded the card when they folded the mailer)
Bubble mailer #4: Barris Offee (minty)

I guess it ended up 50%.  Not good

Small Box: Aayla Secura (Big bend and crease on top right, 2 inch crease down the back)
Bubble Mailer #1: Red Battle Droid (2 inch crease along the bottom corner)
Bubble Mailer #2: Luminara Unduli (Small bends and dings on each of the four corners somehow)
Bubble Mailer #3: 2x ARC Trooper Captain (One with horizonta crease along the middle and creases on both sides of the peg hole; the second one is minty-ish)

So disappointing.  And to rub it in, I got two BS Jedha Stormtroopers from Amazon with no packing in the box, but they're both minty case fresh.  Or will be for about 10 minutes until I open them.

I accidentally ordered an extra Aayla Secura that I didn't need, when I meant to order an extra Barris. Anyone want to trade?

My luck seems to have run out with Walmart and their shipping.  I ordered 10 figures which were shipped in six different shipments...two of which were envelopes.  That being said, most of them did ok shipping wise and weren't too mangled.

One thing that happened was instead of two of each figure (red and blue Arc Troopers, Aayla Secura, Luminara Unduli and Barriss Offee), I received three Luminara Unduli figures and only one Barriss Offee.  I'm going to contact Walmart to see if they can fix that, but if not, I might try trading the extra Luminara or eventually give it away on my YouTube channel.

That’s the real rub with these exclusives.  They mess up and / or damage orders and don’t have any supplies to fix it.  So they screw up, and you get your $14 back to go spend more on eBay.

Just got back from being out of town for 5 days... all six arrived.  No duplicates or mistakes. 

Six packages, 3 boxes and 3 envelopes.  All of them were damaged, glad to be opening them.

Woke up at 4:30 this morning to find that these were back in stock - Thanks Jayson!!!  I was able to order the blue ARC Trooper.

I ordered replacements of the Battle Droid and 3 Jedi from this wave and all four arrived in one package today!  All mangled and bent cards, but all in one package!  I swear, Walmart shipping must be run by Lucy from the Peanuts.

I don’t know if this is widespread or not but I found 4 red ARC’s and 3 blue ARC’s marked down to $9 each at a Walmart in the middle of nowhere Wisconsin.  FYI… they’re still out there.

It's been kind of an odyssey with this wave.  I checked back through the thread and saw that these originally went up for preorder in July 2021.  I think they finally shipped in March of this year.  And they've been popping up periodically at stores. 

I get the sense that Walmart might be having some issues managing their inventory, or perhaps with Star Wars as a whole.  Especially with the way they handled the most recent Original 96 wave as well as the deluxe figures - both of which have gone to Fan Channel outlets.  And it turns out that the former Walmart exclusive Death Star Droid has turned up at Toys R Us.
