I hadn't heard about it until I ran across a couple on eBay.

Scarlett

Baroness

Baroness appears to be the one from the Flint/Baroness 2-pack, and Scarlett looks like she might even be a different sculpt, or at least a repaint of the Destro/Scarlett 2-pack.  Definitely different than the ROC version.  Looking at that seller's closed auctions (HERE) he also had Duke, Destro, Hawk, Storm Shadow, Viper and Snake Eyes.

Anyone know where to find the single-pack G.I.Joe Combat Heroes?  I remember the single-pack Galactic Heroes were at Big Lots stores for a while...anyone know if that's where I can find these as well?

Thanks.

Thank you, Ms. Wal Mart Toy Lady.  :)

I got there at 6:30 and they had two of them out.  I put up a review and a good supply of pics for anyone interested.

Also, does anyone know if the SDCC Cap is going to show up again?  I keep missing it.

It's up now as of 4:30 CST.

I saw the Infinite Heroes 6-pack with Robin, Cyborg, Raven, etc for the first time at Wal Mart today.  They had reset their toy aisle (as had another in the area) and had a space for the Gotham 5 pack as well.  According to the woman in the toy department they'll be here on Thursday...definitely gonna make a trip over there that morning.

I actually had my first moment of bad luck with DCUC line the other day.  I was opening the wave 8 figures I have, and Hawkgirl's left hand snapped off, leaving the peg in the arm.  Bummer.  :|  All things considering, not bad that this is the first one I've had any issues with.

Just got mine ordered.  This is actually the first I've ordered, so I didn't know what to expect.  Thankfully I got through the checkout process with ease - it probably took 20-30 seconds once I hit the submit button to get a confirmation.

I am far from picky when it comes to movies, but I expected this one to be pretty bad.  All in all though, I absolutely loved it.  There were enough hokey lines to make me roll my eyes a couple of times, but some of the characters were downright fantastic (Baroness, Snake Eyes, Storm Shadow).  Duke and Ripcord probably could have been played a little differently, but their performances were respectable.  When all was said and done, I geeked out on this movie as much as I did the first Transformers.  Loads of fun and a few nods back to my childhood.

I love this Wal Mart wave - probably my favorite wave to date (except maybe the Grodd wave).  And like everyone I'm hoping they're not as elusive as wave 5.

I saw the deluxe Wolverine figures (Blob, etc)....blah.  Really disappointing seeing that they were, like you said, nothing more than accessories.  :(

It's the wave 4 Batman Beyond figure.  Not a KB exclusive though - I've seen it at Wal Mart and I *think* I saw it at Target as well.  It's at a couple of online joints as well.  I've actually seen it more than the standard figure.

My local Target just reset the action figure aisles in the last two days and stocked a bunch of the first wave of the Secret Wars figures.

I've been seeing the Secret Wars pack everywhere.  Target definitely has them in abundance.

John, is that your new website you linked or are you just a writer?  I was wondering what you were up to after your other sites all shut down.

Yeah, that's my new deal.    I wanted to try something similar but different and just have some fun with it.

I actually kind of want to buy it, that Lex is cool.

That's a great set but I'm not too anxious to see what the cost is going to be (particularly given that I don't need another Superman or Batman).  I'll probably end up picking it up though...I've been hoping for a Two-Face (well, really any Batman villain) since this line was announced.

Found one of the wave 8 assortments yesterday - got both Parademons, both Dr. Fates, Hawkgirl and Gentleman Ghost.  GG and the red Parademon are pretty fantastic.  Still need to find an assortment with Vigilante, Commander Steel and Mr. Terrific.  I hear it's hit TRUs in our area so hopefully I'll have some luck.

Love the Spider-Woman, don't care about another Iron Man. Love the Magneto, already have a black Spidey.  Missing Cyclops so I'll take it, but don't care about another Hulk.

And this is why I hate those damn 2-packs.  You end up spending $13 on a single figure.  :(  That's why I haven't bought the first wave yet (well, that and I've only seen them once).  :)

Is anybody here going to make it to JoeCon this year?  I am 100% out, with moving the house, now possibly moving the office and the fact that the weekend scheduled is the last one before my daughter goes back to school, it is not happening.  I even have in-laws in town and could not swing the trip.

I'm going, but only on Saturday.  I live in the KC area so it's pretty close to home.  :)  If I wasn't crutching it right now (surgery) I'd probably go for the full weekend, but I think I'll just hit it up on Saturday, see what I can, hopefully grab a couple of exclusives, and call it a day.

Anyone know how much the exclusive Crimson 3 3/4" set and the 12" Baroness are going to run?  I haven't seen prices anywhere but admittedly I haven't looked that hard.
