Title: Palpidious and you.

I'm trying to make a custom Palpatine in red robes, ala the Number 35 figure, but with the look of his *spoiler* Galactic Empire speach *spoiler* scene. First, which head do you consider best for the job, and second, what can I use to sculpt the hood to his sholders? Also, whats the best way to make a wash to get the wrinkles on his head and hands to stand out?

Also, has anyone made a Palaptine/Sidious custom yet? :)

Actually, yeah I did make one, it's kind of a work in progress.  I'll send it to you in about 10 minutes.
