I would say Last Summer.  I had gone in for a steroid injection in my back and when I came off of the Anestesia, I got more sick than I did at my batchelor party.

I almost puked over the holidays when my cousin brought her new boyfriend for Thanksgiving...he apparently is from some place where people don't dip/chew (Up North somewhere).  He grabbed a coke bottle (the little 20 oz) that he thought was his, but happened to be my uncles spit cup. And proceeded to take a sip.  And we all know what seeing somebody else chuck does to you, but I was laughing so hard it  I didn't have a chance.  Thank goodness we were on the back porch and had not eaten yet.

I think it also might be that the Pats fans are more vocal and have been about the team and you how people in forums like to be contrary.

I do have a question though for Mikey D.  I have been so busy this week the only thing I have seen about the whole Bowl is some BS coverage of the teams eating or parties or something...so here is my question:

Is Bruschi gonna play? I haven't heard a word about THE GAME and it isn't on the front page of ESPN or anything.

Also, is Kliff Kingsbury healed up too?  I mean just in case something happens to Brady?  I'd like the Pats to win if it meant he got a ring.

As of right now, I am still going to root for the Panthers though.  Being a Dallas fan, I have to root for the NFC.  Unless Denver or the Texans were in it, they are my AFC teams.

I don't think the Rebels would be the Jews per se, but you can't kind of see in the EU stuff how the Imperials believed all non-humans to be lower lifeforms and only good for slave labor or extermination so there may be a correlation for the jews there.

I think if you are going to force the rebels into one particular group, I have seen arguments before like Jesse has said, that they closely resemble the American Civil War Rebels (Confederacy).  A mix match of militias, wearing uniforms unique to their homeland(world) but all part of the same military.

I think you can also view a little bit of them in various armies throughout history (and even some SINCE the movies came out).

I see traits of the Maquis (the organized French Resistance of WWII), American Revolutionary Minutemen, The Afghans that fought the Russians, the Viet Cong, The Highlanders of William Wallace and Robert the Bruce, the German Tribes that beat the Romans.

It is basically an unconventional force, using outdated weapons (until they are able to procure newer ones) that strikes from hidden locations with Charismatic Leadership.

I agree with the others on the list that as a kid, I wasn't a "Collector", but then again, I don't consider it collecting at 33 either...but here is a run of the Toy Lines that have been in under the bed, in the closet and had parts sucked up into the vaccum cleaner...

When GI JOE RAH came out they all THE TWO WORLDS Collided.  And by the time it came out all my buddies had given up on toys...so I had a "Closet" hobby.  But I bought GI JOE and Star Wars stuff till both.  

Then I got into WWII Militaria (right before the stuff started getting expensive)

Then in Grad School, POTF2 came out and I used what was left of my Student Loan $$ to snag figs.

Shortly after that Dragon Started making 12in Accuarate WWII Figures and I sunk $40 a piece into them...I probably had enough of their Germans that I could take of 1:6th Scale France...and I had enough of their Americans that I could probably Take it back...  I "hung out my shingle" and opened my own office so I had to stop collecting something and Dragon and WWII stuff got the AX (and thanks to Ebay got my a good start on my office expenses)

I have since started into the LOTR stuff, but only in moderation.  And I only buy OT Star Wars stuff.  But all through it I have been an opener, so I don't know if that counts as "Collecting".
