Title: Website Downtime

I want to apologize profusely for the unacceptable downtime we experienced this week. The problem was host based, meaning that the issue was out of our control. Please be assured that we are taking the appropriate action with the hosting company for this event. Let's hope that we can continue forward with the previous record of minimal downtime that we have achieved in the past. Thanks for your patience and support.

Glad you're back up and running.  Work was so much less interesting without the site  ;D.

No need to apologize, Chris. Things happen. It was weird not having JD around for a couple days, but you don't know what you've got...

Glad to see the site back up and running again. Totally not you fault Chris. Keep up the great work!
