Got a chance to see this today as well, and I loved it. I think I enjoyed it about as much as the original, which I thought was great. I think I liked Cheadle better as Rhodey/War Machine as well, so I'm sort of glad that worked out the way that it did. The after credits scene was pretty cool, but like it was mentioned already, I bet the "regular" movie going public was like "huh?". The other nods to comic stuff were cool as well, and even with all of the trailers/clips, I was still surprised by some things. Like others, I'll refrain from talking about it for now, until more have gotten a chance to see it.
As a side note, our particular theater full of people seem pretty psyched for the A-Team movie. That was one of the trailers we saw, and it got a lot of laughs and buzz generated it seemed. I'll admit, it looks like it could be kind of fun.
