You could try HLJ, $91.26 US per box plus shipping. Maybe someone else has another place to try out.

Kubrick Star Wars #6: 1 Box (12pcs)

I should have been more clear, I meant medicom display cases.

I posted some thoughts on acquiring these puppies over at the kubrickworld forum here>>>

Hope this helps!

Some kubs prefer to be displayed on a card, though.

You should have took pictures ripping him off the card.  :o

So like are you going to get another Jorg & keep him carded?

Nah, I decided awhile back to open all my carded SW kubs, except for my Bape Fett.  I sold my Parco  Sandtrooper and Parco Vader, though.  My next project is to setup a mini-photo studio in my office to take some nice high quality pics.

Is that an open Jorge Sacul??!!
Quote

Yes, it is.  One does crazy things when high on the fumes from kubrick-cellophane.  Last time, I chickened out and had Bikeridetony send me a custom black pauldron sandtrooper painted with nail polish.  No such options this time, I'm afraid.

Got a Tarkin in my Master Case from Robby, too!!!   :)
(Veers is on his way from Hong Kong.)

Tark came in a Tie Fighter Box from the opposite facing case (like everyone else).  It looks kind of like a HK/Japan split with regards to the chases, however its interesting that Simon pulled a Veers from Japan.  All of the HK sellers on the bay seem to have plenty of Veers, but very few Tarkins.  Time will tell.

Series 6 cases came today.  I have an extra Tarkin and no Veers.  Anyone want to trade?  Let me know.

PM Sent!

Great pics, Simon, thanks!

Scream, someone also did the BIN now on Veers and Tarkin, 119 EACH!
I think it was Stealthtank (you still read here Stealthy? )

Yeah, I'm still around.  Wouldn't miss these boards for the world right now.  Just couldn't pass up the the two chases at 119; I think they will prove to be somewhat of a deal for 1/96's.  I also have some mc's coming from robby, but just did not want to be left in the cold with all the same chases like last time.

Wish I had gotten more!

Just got one (Batman Begins Set) from Simon this week for 65 total shipped from Japan.  Very fair at this late juncture IMO.

Tan,

You can start the paypal payment procedure and see if they offer you "buyer protection" insurance.  This will give you a good idea of whether they will be able to help you in a pinch.  Normally, if they do not offer the buyer guarantee on the auction page or during payment, the only way they can refund you is if he happens to leave enough dough in the account when you dispute.  I personally would risk it seeing as he seems to shill on all auctions but in the end deliver, judging by his feedback history.  193.50 for a carded Bape Fett with bubble intact is just skating the line between deal and "too good to be true."

All I can say is, "Do you feel lucky.... well do ya?"

Hey Tan,

What a bummer.  Its a sure shill and it stinks to high hell.  BathingChimp and MonkeyBusiness, and both from Canada???  But what really stinks is the way he did it.

1.) BathingApe bids 225.00 at Mar-25-06 04:41:46 PST.
2.) The bid is cancelled by Monkeybusiness at Mar-25-06 06:13:25 PST  (in the last twelve hours the seller is the only one who can cancel)
3.)  Inexplicably BathingApe immediately bids 220.00 again at Mar-25-06 06:14:52 PST  (1 minute later and the exact amount needed to max out Tan's bid).

I'd say call him on it.  Tell him you feel cheated by this other bidder and that you want the card at your previous high bid of 191.00.  If he accepts, is cordial and can provide pictures, then maybe risk it; either way report him.  Very blatant and not cool.

You need them, trust me.

Logray won't be much of an issue for me.  If I could get a legit version for $50 I'd be alright with that, but won't pay more than that, rare or not.  It just doesn't mean enough to me and the risk of a fake is so high.

The second box set from TRU I'll probably break down and get in time, though I'm hoping for at or below retail on it.  What was retail price on that one?

I think TRU boxed sets were 36-40 retail. I see them for $39 BIN now and then, plus
$15 or so for shipping.

The chase Fetts are great! I wouldn`t own them if I didn`t get a good deal though,
at 170-200 each, just way too much for me. Logray has gone way up too.

And now might be a good time to try to snag Logray and some of the other chases at reasonable prices.  I don't know...its just a feeling I have.  ;)

Thanks Scott.  I remember when you were putting your collection together; exciting times.  Yeah, the spouse factor is huge with toy display.  I have had all my kubs stashed away in plastic bins, still in their plastic for a while now; I just never had the nerve to open them all up and display them.  Finally, I decided last night that I was going to go big.

In fact, I think I have enough ceiling room to move about three more stories of kubs onto the top.  Just need to find my step ladder.   ;D
