Hey everyone. I am a star wars freak. I love collecting the newer figures. I live up in Andover, Ohio. I will be going for a computer science major and hope to go to Celebration three next year.

Welcome to JediDefender! Glad to have you aboard. I'm also a Star Wars freak! Hope you enjoy the place, and please don't hesitate to let us know if there's anything we can do to better suit your Star Wars needs...
But I should warn you, you might want to wait until 2005 to show up at Celebration 3. If you go next year, you'll likely be the only person to show up! ;D
Greatly looking forward to C3 myself. I'll see ya' there!

Welcome to the forum. :)
We hope will enjoy your stay & at Celebration 3 in 2005.
I'd like to go myself but being from Canada, I am not sure what it will cost to travel.
What kind of a Star Wars freak are you?
Vintage or Mondern?

I am mostly a modern star wars freak. I collect all the modern items because I like the detail that is put into them over the vintage, although I do have some vintagethings. By the way is Cel 3 in 2005? I though it was in 2004? After Ep 3's release.

From what I know, the release date for Episode III is May 25, 2005. Subject to change. That may happen.

Oh. :'( I thought it was going to be next year because of the release schedule on the other two films. Thanks for letting me know.

The films have always been released 3 years apart from eachother. TPM was released in May of 1999, AOTC was released in May of 2002 and Episode 3 is due out in May of 2005.
Same went for the Original Trilogy: ANH was released in 1977, ESB was out in 1980, finally followed by ROTJ in 1983.
Unfortunately all of them have been three years apart, so we've still got a couple years to go for some more fun. Those spoiled Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter fans get to have their fix every year. Not fair!
