Everything looks great on it, but I do have a question about the helmet.  It looks... differnet than other Stomrtrooper helmets, does it not?

The Helmet is a Lego Stormtrooper Helmet. I thought it looked a little more feminine. The Base figure is Some sort of Generic Anime Character I found at Megacon. It comes wearing a thong Sports Bra And those goofy Sock things and nothing else. It is asembled from 4 diff. pieces which don't hold togeather very well.

Well,

I finally earned my Customizing Battle Scars. I was working on this Sweet Looking Imperail Pin-Up Girl and had to cut a piece of Plastc w/ my very dull Hobby Kinife, which I had planed on replacing Last night but I fogot the New Knife in my Cart >:( So I used my Dull one anyhow :-[ How do u get a dull knife to cut? Put all your muscle into it. at least that what I did :-[ So, I sliced right through the Pastic Piece, through the corner of my work table, Right through the Tip of my Lift Undex Finger, and across the crease of My pinky finger :'( I'd show you some pics but I think it's just too nast and might make someone sick. So, I'm out of the customizing Buisness for at least a week or so until my fingers heal.

Star Wars Action Figures / Just Returned from Megacon
« on: February 25, 2006, 08:20 PM »
I just got back from Megacon. I found Lots of Great Fodder. More Deadites!!, Some Great Female Bodies to work w/, Some Loose Army builders I picked Up for Cheap (They've Got a Date w/ my Dremel), And my favorite Guilt Free Fodder Bust-Ups (I got a little Ripped off on these, The Guy Charged me full Price for a Clone Trooper Army Builder 4 pack and when I got home I realized he'd already opened it to see if it Included the Gree Variant. If I would have known that I would have demanded a discount  ;)) I 'll be Spending the Whole Day Customizing tomorrow.

Stay tuned!

Great Update Chewie!

My favorite is Rykrof (Ren Var)

Did the Clone Legs fit easily or did you have to modify them?
I may have to make a Clone using this Idea if you don't mind.
I can't think of Any other Star Wars character with such an exspansive Wardrobe. I don't even think Padme Amidala can hold a Match to Rykrof.

Keep up the Great Work!

« on: February 21, 2006, 11:35 PM »

Chest Plate, Shoulder Pads and Box> AT-AT Driver Bust-Up

Star Wars Action Figures / Re: Customs by Fritzkrieg Update 02-18-2006
« on: February 19, 2006, 05:36 PM »
One Order of Ribs comming Up ;D Mabey I could make a piece removable So you could have the Trooper w/ or without Chest Damage. thay Might workl on the Helmet aswell. Hmm?

You guys are giving me too much Credit on the Paint aps. Those Bust-Ups already came w/ the Legion Markings. And the Paint match I did on the Lower Torso of the Utapau Clone is a little off.

Thanks for the Feedback,

I added a little more of the Body Glove to this one. Please LMk what you think.

I like the version 3.0 TIE Pilot, but I still think that the first version is the best.

I had to use a lot more creativity on the 1st one. The Only Orig. TIE Parts were the Helmet. I've never really liked the Sculpt of the Saga TIE Pilot's Helmet that I used on that one. So I prefer the POF2 TIE Helmet for these Customs although it still has it's Short commings. I hope GG will give us a nice Bust-Up's Version to work w/.

I think you should add some black fabric to make some of his bodysuit (especially on the torso area).
Are you able to fit the arm armor over the skeleton's arms without cutting the armor?

I did add a little Black Fabic to this one, but it's hard to see accept for the Back Shot. I'm always afraid I'll hide too much of the Skelleton w/ the Fabric on the Armored Deadites. Mabey I'll give the Next one a little more of the Body Glove.

The Armor Fits like a Glove. The Great thing about the Bust-Up's Torso is that it is wide enough to fit the Deaite's Rib- Cage. It is also one Solid Piece of Molded Plastic, So ther are no Seems to Split on You when You force the Rib Cage Into the Chest Plate.

The Arms and Legs of the Deadites come Apart very easily. So after You liberate the and Hollow Out the Armored Pieces from your Clone Fodder, Slide the Forarm, Elbow, And Bicep-Shoulder( I like to Keep the Shoulder and Bicep Armor intact so I don't have to Glue the shoulder pads on Seperately)Armor over the Top of the Deadite's Arm. I always keep a Hot Bowl of Water nearby to Soften some of the tighter Armor pieces. So the Strech over the Deadite's Shoulder and elbow.

The Legs are Much Easier . Just Cut the Feet off and Slide the Thigh armor in Place. The Thighs fit a little loose so I use a little Sculpting Putty to wedge it Tighter around the Deadites Legs. The Knee and boot Armor I leave Intact and Slide them over the Deatite's Legs like a boot.

I hope that Helps

Thanks for the Inspiration,

Star Wars Action Figures / My Battlefront 2 Player Character
« on: February 18, 2006, 11:22 PM »
This is how My Player Character Usually ends up, after taking a Super Battle Droid's Rocket upside his Skull. During a Session of "Battlefront 2"

I needed to add a little Color to the Ranks of my Dead Trooper.

Recipe:
Armor from the Waste up> 501st Bust-UP hollowed out w/ a Dremel

Armor From the Waste down> Prone Clone Trooper from the Clone Army 3 pack Hollowed out w/ demel

Skelleton> Army of Darkness Deadite fully intact accept for the Feet wich were cut off to Slide into the Hollowed out boots.

LMk what you think.

Wow Chewie your a Machine!.

Sorry I have'nt commented in a while. It's just so hard trying to keep up w/ you. You've really been pumping em out.

1st Up Mygetto Troopers> Great paint Aps. The Colors are dead-on. These are some of the best I've seen. My only critique is: They would look more Accurate w/ the Bakura Kama & Belt.

Seargent> Very Cool looking Clone. I like the look of the Cloak over the Armor. The paint Aps on the Helmet really give this guy a dark foreboding look.  I've been inspired, I think I'll have to bolster my Mygetto troops w/ a Seargent of there own.

Kashyyyk Troopers> Great Paint Aps. I just can't buy these Scout Trooper Repaints as the Kashyyyk Clones. Thats no fault of your own, Hasbro just needs to get on the Ball and give us an SA Kashyyyk Trooper.

Gonk Droid> Love the Color scheme and the gadgets on top give it a great unique look.

Imperial Intelligence Officer> I really Like this uniform although I always thought the Intelligence Officers wore Red. This is one Imp. Custom I have yet to make. My only Critique is why do you keep using the Ugliest Imperial head Sculpt Habro has produced.

Ancient Astro Mech Droid> I 'm really glad you redid this Custom. The Original was just lacking.  The revision is sweet. This looks like something right out of KOTOR.

Counter Terror Unit> Great looking Bunch of Troopers. The Paint Aps are perfect. The Helmet Paint Matches the Armor, did you have to repaint the Hole Trooper or did you just paint the Helmets? The Weathering is amazing as usuall w/ your work. I had a similar Idea for  one of my Photo Novel Characters. An old ARC Trooper who did'nt want to give up the Extra Protection provided by his Phase 2 Trooper Armor but still needed the Upgraded Sensors and Comm. Provided by the Stormtrooper Gear. I created a little back story on why the Old Armor was better and why the Empire had chosen the new inferior Stormtrooper Armor. Thats still a couple of episodes deep into my series.

Tame Heem> Get that poor guy a Colar extender. I think some type of Hooded Cloak my help these parts meld togeather more smoothly. I can't wait to se what you do w/ this guy when you get your hands on the new fodders available later this year.

Air Skimmer> Great use of some Joe Vehicle Fodder. I've actually thought of attaching that Cockpit to some Walker Legs to make an Imperial Jungle Walker (JR-AT) Jungle Recon Armored Transport. Aaaahh my never ending list of unfinished and undone Customs.

Scorpion Droid> Best of the Buch! This looks like something out of a nightmare.
Great Job. It's hard to make Droids that come off as really Dangerous an Scarry but this one pulls it off. I'd put this one just Under your Sith Witch on the Scale of Eivel. I can't wait to see these in action.

RS-IP> Great wheathering job. I always thought these looked to small to Travel Outside the Atmosphere but they do have a Great look.

Obi-wan>You don't see to many Phantom Menace Customs these days. This is the Best Custom Version of this character I've seen to date.

Freelo> Hmm, Seems like he could use a Colar Extender as well. His outfit is a little tacky but that seems to suit his character so I like it. I've never been a big fan of the Paint Aps on this Mon Cal's head. It Reminds me too much of vericose Veins. If it would'nt ruin the consistancy of your series, I'd say give him a repainted skin tone.

Surveilence Port> Another Great Use of Joe Fodder. Is this a straight repaint or did you Modify it as well? I really have to get one of those.

whew, That was a lot of typing...Oh, thanks for sticking up for me back at Scum, Chewie. I appreciate it.

Keep up the Great Work!
