1.Jedi Quest Trail of the jedi
3.Jedi Quest The way of the apprentice
4.Jedi Quest The Path To the truth
5.Jedi Apprentice Death of hope
Yeah I know Mostly jedi quest well all of it.

Yoda: Dark Rendezvouz...

It told stories about the past relation between Grand Master of Jedi Order Yoda and his once-dearest-pupil-that-fell-from-grace Count Dooku.

It also highlighted Yoda's "nasty cuisine", and how another Jedi Council's residence' view about that food.

And many more.

The Thrawn Trilogy is also my favorite of the Star Wars books I have read so far.

That is a difficult question.  As I am just a sucker for all things Star Wars I just eat up everything.  I really love all the Timothy Zahn stuff. 

I really liked I, Jedi since Corran is one of my favorite characters. 

NJO and LOTF were both really great series too.
