Shoretrooper Captain? I know that the Hasbro guys made a point of saying that they were going to try getting all three incarnations of the Shoretrooper out, but they didn't really say in which format.

I'm thinking it's the driver too.
I'm sure the captain is coming eventually. I'm still hoping for a Hovertank Commander too.

Sounds like Hasbro confirmed the AT-ACT Driver as a Target exclusive today... a DPCI will pop up soon (if it isn't out there already :P).

Nice! They are the easiest place to find figures thanks to the online inventory trackers. I thought the white plastic looked a little funky from the photos I saw of this guy, but maybe that was not a finished version.
I hope this isn't the last figure we get from R1...still need Saw, Bodhi, Tarkin, Hovertank Commander, Shoretrooper Captain, and at least one of the Two-Tubes guys. Galen I could take or leave.

I'll have to check the visual guide, but this seems to be a cross between a Scarif Trooper and a Hovertank Pilot... so might make for an somewhat easy custom of the Hovertank Commander. I'm sure Jayson or someone can confirm this.

Looks like this is literally a repaint of the Shoretrooper, which itself shared everything with the Hovertank Pilot figure outside of the helmet

Really nice figure...love the weathering on the armor. Looks like they are coming in cases of 4 or 8?
Bunch of stores around here had counts spike to 16 on that DPCI overnight...

I found the AT-ACT Driver in New Jersey today. It looks really good in person, and fits in really well with the Hovertank Trooper.

Me too. The Target I went to didn't have the shipper with the Jedha Revolt or the hoped for 6" Baze and Chirrut, so I just walked out with the AT-ACT Driver.
It made me wonder if this guy was ever even on the screen. Was he running through the halls at one point, or was he never on screen?

They showed him in the cockpit at one point but I don't think we ever got a clear full body shot.

It was the same deal at the store where I got my Rogue One Blu-Ray. I was hoping to pick up a 40AC figure or maybe even the Legacy Vader. But the only new stock at my store was the AT-ACT Driver, so I picked up a second one. That will be the extent of my army building on this trooper.

Apparently Target wants to wait for those coupons to expire before they put out any good stuff. ::)

He's out in ample supply now at every store I've been to. If anyone felt like stocking up, three of these for $50 with the coupon is a pretty nice deal.
