Looking for QB help?

Hasselbeck and Barlow/Brown could be yours in exchange for any Running Back of comprable value.  I'll entertain WR offers too if anyone is interested.

I'd like to point out I'm thoroughly enjoying my current undefeated position :P  I"d also like to point out my lofty status in the JD league.  I felt I should do that since there may not be another opportunity...

I think there's one other undefeated team in our league.  I'm not sure who it is though.

I'm holding out hopes that my playmakers (Harrisson, Fitzgerald, and Johnson) are still going to start actually scoring TD's at some point.

I think there's one other undefeated team in our league.  I'm not sure who it is though.

Indeed I noticed the 800 pound monkey above me.

I'm actually quasi-optimistic.  My RBs are living down to expectations and they surely can't get worse, so some improvement should be in order.  I think I'm ok for the time being at QB/WR/K/Def so RB is iffy and Miami is wasting my TE entirely with blocking.  Six TDs last year and a QB now that favors TE receiving.  Nice Miami, nice.

Just felt like whining a bit more about my RB's.  I knew Lundy wouldn't be a star, but I thought he'd be a bit more of a surprise than this, in a positive way.  Now that Gado is there, I'm guessing it's only a matter of time until Gado learns the system.  Could be a big steal for Jamie that late in the draft.

Kevin Jones.  Oh sure, I didn't expect a lot, but I thought with a new offensive coordinator (some guy used to be at KC or something), maybe the running game would improve.  Gawd, they're awful.  I was hoping to use three RBs (one in the flex) and Jones should have been a decent third.  Oops.

Lamont Jordan.  Ok, I expected him to take a downturn from last year but this (and the Raiders) is ridiculous.  Granted they played two teams with great defense against the run, but is there some reason they can't throw the ball to the guy?   ::)

Edge is fine for where I got him.  I didn't expect too much, especially with the receivers they have so I'm ok with his production at this point.  He's a weak #1 but I'm ok with that.

Looking at your squad player by player, I thought it was a miracle that you were in 2nd place.  Then I went out to the main page, and saw that 9 of the 12 teams scored more points than you.  Kevin Jones/LaMont Jordan/Wali Lundy is a total disaster.  Edgerrin James and Antonio Bryant will likely continue to be quite studly.

Isn't it obvious?  The Raiders don't have a quarterback.
