I was just at TRU too and barely threw a glance at the SW aisle as it has been so overrun with 6" Wave 2 stuff.

I hope this is as easy to find as the Snowtrooper Officer (until it vanished forever 2 months before the movie came out)

This design evokes a bunch of things. In the SW universe the helmet seems like a cross between the Scout Trooper helmet and the First Order Flametrooper helmet. The body armor seems very much like the Scout Trooper. And it also has something going on that reminds me of armor that some troops wear in the second volume of the Robotech series (Southern Cross).
I'm glad this is going to be a TRU exclusive. The FO Snowtrooper Officer wasn't too difficult to find, thankfully.

They are all over eBay and Facebook. From what I've been reading stores are getting 1-3 cases initially for Sept. 30.

My store had 4 pegs labeled "Rhino Driver" last night. Of course, they were empty. Price was $19.99, so no TRU tax yet.

They had at least a case of these (more likely 2) at the midnight opening last night. Guys in front grabbed multiples, so I was lucky to grab the last one on the pegs. I'm sure they'll get more a week or two later per usual.

My store got 1 case, which were promptly snapped up by the local 501st guys who got let in early to shop. ::)
Either have it available in quantity or not at all. This kick-off trickle is weak, especially for a figure that is in such high demand.
And put it up on the website already!

Similar story here save for 501st guys bogarting them.
About a case at best, gone within few seconds of people getting to them... I didn't want one since 6" isn't my bag and I didn't wanna fight for one (I dig it though), but yeah, not many for opening night.
Again, like KM Jyn, I wouldn't panic on it yet at least.

Thanks to a good friend who stashed a couple for me this morning at a more remote TRU, I am now the proud owner of two of these guys. ;D
Haven't taken them out of the package yet even - they just look so cool as is.
The best part is they were only $19.99 each, no mark-up like the Snowtrooper Officer. (Yet)

I didn't see a sign of these at the TRU stores that I've checked out. These stores were surprisingly well stocked, although the feature section area was pretty well picked over. And the Black Series 6" stock was pretty well picked through.
I guess I've been pretty lucky with TRU exclusives, because they've been relatively easy to get. Granted, being in the vicinity of TRU corporate headquarters might be helpful here, since the execs visit the local stores regularly to get a sense of how the merchandising planograms work. And the stores in North Jersey do tremendous numbers.

Sold out last night, came back into stock this morning, and sold out as I had one in my cart. Amazing how much that has happened with Rogue One stuff.

Had a hunch and stopped by the local TRU after work and saw at least 15 of these on the pegs. So they're out there! Just being severely scalped right now. I only got one for myself since I have the SH Figuarts version on preorder.

My local TRU has 38 of these piled up in a corner with a limit of 2 sign above them. I think someone kind of over ordered here.

My local TRU now has over 30 of these on the pegs, or half of that store's Black Series selection. The other half is about 30 Zuvio.
