That's the absolute worst of the way they run things on that site. You don't even have time to enter payment info and click "COMPLETE". It's insane. It's like you put some figures in your cart at Walmart and wheel over to the DVD section; while you see if there's anything you want, some guy says "Too slow!" and grabs your figs! They should hold allowable quantities of product for at least somewhere between 5 to 10 minutes. ???

They crash every ******* night, just not this long. There's usually a good 2 to 4 hours where they're out of commission, though, starting around midnight.
