Star Wars Action Figures / Re: Null Arc and Urban Shocktrooper
« on: July 30, 2006, 02:26 PM »
great work GGPiKE.

null arc- the color scheme is awsome on this clone, the brown and red go great together. the modified helmet looks good also, it has a specialty pilot look to it. mabey add a bit of weathering, but otherwise great custom.

urban shocktrooper - i like this one most. it is simple and generic looking as a trooper should be, but also looks tough and geared up. the attatchment and antenna on the visor looks awsome and the paint scheme is unique. i definetley would put this trooper in my army, great work....

thanks to fritz, chewie and monstermonkey for the feedback on my last update, i appriciate it. this is the custom i did for the yakfinities challenge. he is a clone commander during the transitional phase of the rise of the empire. i wanted to keep it simple but still try to give it the pop and armor diversity of the clones from rots, so i stuck eith imperial greay, black and white, and tried mix it up with the armor. as always feel free to leave any comments or suggestions, thay are always welcome!

nice custom's brent.

appo - very simple looking, i like it.

prisoner feyy - definetley a good idea for gardulla's palace, the color looks great, mabey give him a bit of a beard like in the comics when he was a prisoner, other than that great custom!

it's cool to see someone taking a stab at these new charecters and you seem to be doing a good job at it to! i really like the cade, the flowing over coat is awsome. i also like the wolf, looks good, but i suggestion, give the sculpted parts another once over, you can srill see the green parts. otherwise great customs, keep up the good work!

=Trandoshan jedi Padawan=

On this Aayla, I just did a little bit of parts mixing between the 2 of her figures to ad some articulation and gave her a darker paint job to reflect her apperance in the comics.

it looks good! the Foul body frame definetley gives the whipid a much needed larger look. i really like the bio also, it really adds to the charecter. great work Phalanxx

30th Anniversary Collection / Re: GALACTIC MARINES IN '07!
« on: July 17, 2006, 09:04 PM »
i wouldn't really mind if they did even a really nice upper body articulation, arms, wrist, shoulders etc.. with a battle stance on the legs, somthing half way decent. of course i'd love to see the sa marine, but i'll be basiclly happy as long as it dosn't have any flippin' action feature, like baccara!

action features held the rots line back so much. if they had never produced action feature figures, they would have had the money to make all the great figures super articulated.

Photonovels and Movies / Re: Rykrof Enloe #6 - ASSASSINS OF EVIL
« on: July 17, 2006, 05:23 PM »
great improvments onthis chapter chewie!

- as always the digi visual where great! i reallyliked the double blast coming from the sbd, looked awsome.

- the gore that happened when the mandos where torn aprt was very well done. i really liked the body hanging in the tree, it gave the imperession of a wooikie gone berzerk.

- i have to say that my fav in this chapter was the part where zeedo had rykoff in his sights and started monologing random badguy crap, giving away info like halloween candy and failing in his mission! it reminds me of old comic books, very cool!

great work chewie and i can't wait to see the new chapters and more rehashes of the old ones!

i thought trndoshans had green blood too. either way that has got to be one of ythe best action shot i have ever seen in a PN. the body flying through the air and the blood splatter, it looks like it's actually moving, awsome.

great job on the final cut of deception chewie!

Star Wars Universe / Re: Star Wars "Rebellion"
« on: July 17, 2006, 01:51 PM »
i've been reading this as well. "tank" is a great charecter, and his past with skywalker is very original, definetley make the story a better read. the art is also great, i liked the stormtrooper armor variations as well fritz, the rebels to are awsome, the tatoos and bare arms, the gear and haircuts, all the little things like that make them look more "rebely". i really like this comic!

Star Wars Universe / luke skywalkers death?
« on: July 17, 2006, 01:44 PM »
does anyone know how and when luke skywalker dies? i've been reading the legacy comics and it occurs to me that that is a huge jump into the future. i don;t know how i missed it, but does anybody know what book or comic this happened in or why they jumped so far into the future with this legacy series? i sort of thought that some body like luke dying in a book or comic would generate quit a buzz, i checked wookiepedia already and i'm not aware of any comic or book, unless of course i just completely missed it like i said! thanks a bunch for any help.

man those light fixtures look great brent. this just keep s getting better. lighting that actuallylights up and works is always so impressive to me, i've always wanted to try somthing like that, you did a great job!

the tables could stand to be a bit taller, around the figure waists. mabey you could try paint ting and scuffin up the small bar table that comes with hem dazon, so it would match you dio. actually i have 3 extra's of those tables if your interested, with your that'd be 4 and could acomedate a decent amount of scum and villany as well as make a decent size bar area, i also have a extra section of bar from the outlander night club obiwan, mabye you could use it a a small bar stand and put a bar tender behind it, jus some suggestions, if your interested just pm me!

great work brent, i always like seeing this at the top of the page.

thanks for the comments guys, it's much appriciated!

brent -  here's the recipe:

head = potj eth koth
torso = aotc deluxe mace windu
arms = aotc tatooine ambush anikin skywalker
hands = a couple randoms from my pile of hands
legs = rots kit fitso

lance - i chose that head because of the scowl he has going and the already existing hair made for a stable base to attatch my sculpy hair to. what head do you think would be good for vos? i have another eth koth head i wad going to use for my dark vos but if you have any suggestions i'd definetley appriciate it.

thanks agian guys!
