I've got a question...

How do you know about shipping from them?  When I placed my order, there was no shipping option to select.  Do they send it EMS if it is over a certain cost or was there a shipping option I missed?   :-\
They gave me 3 choices when they got the items.
I guess they wait till your order is boxed up and ready to go. It is the one thing
I`m not big on at RoBby, no shipping prices.
I could pick EMS, SAL or Surface. I was excited and took EMS, next time SAL for
sure, I can wait the extra time.

I want to have the Vader with two stormies on each side in a display as well.  I have that set-up from the Tomy mini-dioramas; with the commtech Vader/stormies; and up to the 12" stuff.  I fear if they ever release Sideshow 1/4 Stormtroopers, because I'll need two :'(

This is why I ordered 2 RAH Stormies....
Vader and one stormie just wouldn`t quite cut it  ;D
:o

Dude, that's a chunk of change.  Also why I left that scale up to Hasbro :P  Gotta save my money for two Sideshow troopers.
I don`t collect any of the statues, busts or other high end stuff (Well, MR FX sabers I get).  So I kind of justify it that way. I used to collect Simpsons, but
they killed that line.  If they keep it to two 12" a year, I don`t mind spending the
$$$ on them. If I was buying the Kotos, I probably would pass on these.
Just an FYI, the Stormies are about 98$ pre-order at RoBby. So even if it cost
30 bucks to ship one, still the best deal out there. I ordered 5 in all, two for me,
two for one buddy and 1 for another buddy.
I just hope the Kubs don`t come out at the same time!

I've lurked for a while and thought I'd say hi and give a thanks for all the info and links around here.  I'll be on eBay trying to round out the "main" Star Wars cast bidding as 'zachd'.   :)

I'm still waiting for stuff like Indy and the Max Rebo sets to come down... *sigh*.

And I must say that those custom Kubricks are quite impressive - nice work.  :)

Couldn't stand seeing your 1 cent bid on Simon's (Hes No Good to Me Dead) Han Trooper there, so I bid 8 cents to up it to your 13 cents now.  Good luck!  :P

Well I managed to register myself and my "company" at Robby.jp, but it looks like Series 4 is already sold out.  At least I assume so, because the shopping cart simply says CLOSED for this Series.

Spanky's is sold out, HLJ still doesn't show it listed anymore shows it as discontinued and no sign of it at BBTS.com.

The search for Series 4 continues...   :-\

edit... I did find a set of Series 4 (not a case of 12) for $59.99 at Toy Tokyo.  They also have the TRU set for $74.99 (I have no idea if this is a good price or not).

Ronnicshop is selling a sealed case on E-Bay.  It'll be about $400 but that's probably not too bad considering.

You should be able to get the TRU set from ebay for around $50 - $55 plus shipping, hopefully from a US seller to save on shipping.

Like I said before, often stuff is "CLOSED" for booking about 2-3 months before the ship date.  Series 4 has been closed for orders since like April.   :-\

Again, as a reminder, the CLOSING DATE for SW Series 5 is July 19th!  Sometimes the dates get extended (with a bump in price), but not often when it comes to hot goodies like Kubricks!

BBTS has it in the pre-order menu still:
http://www.bigbadtoystore.com/toystan.asp?Queryid=pr453

You can get the Toys R Us set cheaper than that for sure, just watch for
US sellers like the other post mentioned.
