Who knows.  Amazon originally said Wave 10 (Sith Trooper, Jawa, Shadow Trooper) would be 1-3 months out and then they started shipping the next week. 

EE's pre-orders have a March 2020 date.  Hasbro Press release just says "Spring 2020".

Looking forward to seeing the rest, but boy do these two look nice. Can’t wait. I really hope we see a TVC version of his ship (Razor’s Crest?) next year as well. That would be great.

Maybe.  Not all of the announced repacks will be in this wave since they announced so many - the five you have listed plus CW Anakin, CW Obi-Wan, Maul, and Wicket were announced at Barcelona today. 

Clone Trooper seems to be in this wave, not sure about the rest.

Hasbro has confirmed these repacks are part of their own waves (see the threads for each).


What is in this wave is the new "Imperial Remnant" Stormtrooper (aka a weathered version of the VC140 Rogue One Stormtrooper) as seen in The Mandalorian.  Amazon.com link, but it's already pre-sold out.

Yes, it looks like price increases are coming next summer.  TVC MSRP is increasing $1; Black Series 6" MSRP is increasing $1.50-$2.  I have no idea if it's tariffs, cost of business, etc.
