QUI GON JINN- is excellent the whole figure looks anatomically correct he looks slim and tall and great use of parts I'm going to have to have ago at this figure for sure.

Hi All

O'Neill is an older figure I did a while back I stored him away until I had room on my shelves to show him I did a little reworking on his vest and belt. I repainted his equipment and also repainted his face using Reaper miniature paints. The Vest was sprayed with dark yellow as I couldn't find a desert coloured vest.

RECIPE
1: Every thing on O'Neill is from the modern day Dragon figures which I got from here www.wartoys.com

2: The head I got from here The frontline custom heads he also has a great range of other 12" heads as well.

Lestat- Thanks for the reply mate and thanks about his face I wasn't to sure that I conveyed that look when I painted him.

Darth_Ennis- Man thanks heaps for the reply on both figures it means alot and for the legs I just used the OTC Wedge figure it's alot cheaper.

HI Ya Fritz

501st Commando- Great work on this figure well weathered and great paint apps as always well done.

Imperial Hottie 6.0- I think that the weathered look makes these hottie troopers stand out really well instead of the clean white armour and the holster is awesome.

Imperial Sea Trooper- Way better design the air hoses on both sides make it that more realistic and I lie how you can take the flippers off top notch work mate.

Gday Mate

Svoova- I really like this custom the paint apps are great but what I really like about him is all the equipment you've put on him especially the skulls.

mandalorian sniper- this is a well put together figure especially using GI JOE parts I didn't think they would look this good how wrong was I. The paint apps are great well weathered and nicely detailed.

The only thing that seems a little out of place and this is only my personal opion is the rifles holster being on the back for such a long barrel it looks like it would take to long to get it out other then that I really like the overall figure.

Hi Ya DD

mate you've done some awesome work that is for sure the

Null ARC Trooper- is just perfect the I REALLY LIKE the colour you've used on him it suits him to a tee and the weathering is simply perfect.

Darman- What I like about this figure is how you've painted him black and still have all the detail showing that is a mighty hard task to do when you have black on any figure but you've pulled it of very very well.

Trandoshan tracker- the paint apps on this guy is very well done I especially like the shading on the shirt top work mate.

Whipid Gladiator- Wow he is amazing everything on him just stands out so well this is a BIG 2 THUMBS UP well done indeed.

Thanks Chewie your to kind.

Well here he is finally done

LUKE SKYWALKER  SPLINTER OF THE MIND'S EYE

When I saw the front cover of Luke from the Star Wars comic series The Splinter of the Mind's eye I knew I had to make a figure of him with is X-wing suit wrapped around him and thought it would be a good challenge. Once the figure was completed I used Vallejo, Reaper miniature and Games Workshop paints on him.

The base is from the new Star Wars Saga line which comes with the figures I added marine Styrofoam to it and carved out a small incline I then added plaster of paris and woodglue to the base. Once dry I coated the base with woodglue and added sand and static grass to it.

Once the sand and static grass dried I gave it a wash using Vallejo paints and let dry and then drybrushed it using Vallejo paints again, the small shrubs are from woodland scenics and the palm plants are plastic fish tank plants painted in the same method as mentioned above.

RECIPE

Head, Body, boots and Arms- OTC Dagobah Luke with added hair at the back for more length using GW greenstuff. The body was covered in greenstuff and sleeves were added to the arms and the arms reqiured a little greenstuff as I had to alter them slightly.

Legs- OTC X-Wing Pilot Wedge Figure with putty used on the knee and crotch area.

The Wrap around X-wing sleeves- they are made from greenstuff and once secured to the body I used a toothpick to add creases.

Holster and belt- This was made using left over pleatherwhich was glued together using superglue.

Blaster and Saber- These were pulled out of the bits box from another Luke figure.

sorry pics lost
