Saga Collection '06 / Basic Carded POTF2. Which Resculpts Left?

Okay, i'm talking figures prior to the EP1 and POTJ line. Just basic figs and not exclusives or pack-ins. Seems there are a lot less left than I thought. I left off all the upcoming stuff. So is anyone still happy with any of these original sculpts? IMO Hasbro could get away with just repainting alot of these similar to the OTC line. Even just minor re-tooling some would work. There are some that just dont fit in at all anymore.

Well of the Souls / New Indy Toys - Rumors and Speculation!

Not sure if this was mentioned before. With Indy 4 coming out in a few years, what do you think the chances of the toyline doing something similar to what the Star Wars line did. Meaning, having figs made from all 4 movies under one line or making a couple lines. Indy 4 and Classic Indy. Unlike the SW line, Indy would have a pretty limited amount of figs and could be wrapped up with a couple dozen figs within a year or two. I cant remember how the originals sold, but seeing how few characters were made makes it look like it failed. In all honesty none of the characters are really exciting except to fans and collectors. Who is under contract for the line or is it up for bid once more info on the movie is leaked? I know we all bitch sometimes at the crap Hasbro makes, but I for one would hate to see this line go to another manufacturer even though a ton of other companies could do a better job.

Okay, so who has completed the ROTS run and who is as happy as myself that this series is over. I found it fun in the beginning but the series got old for me. I think this may of been the biggest series for a movie in one style packaging. Unless you count the first SAGA series which included all movies combined

Can you say lame. www.comingsoon.net is reporting that the Sarah Connor Chronicles is coming to TV. Sure the CGI could work for TV but the storyline is just getting to complicated and ruining a great story. Also a 2nd Trilogy is in the works.
After reading this im sure someone is already thinking of an Aliens and or Predator TV series as well.

Well I got laid off today after nine years on the same job. I have til the middle of December. The only good news is that I will get nine months severance will all my benefits. If I come up with something somewhat quick it will be a bonus and I can bank that severance pay. Alot of us have felt it coming especially from such a big corporation that had to lay off 6000 over the last couple of years. Its kind of a relief since I am so buried at work and was just thinking how it would be great for all this crap to just disappear. I have enought contacts so I am not that concerned yet. I plan to enjoy the holidays for once in my life and take a few months off unless something rolls on my lap.
