Of course the dealers at SDCC will already have it at a hefty markup.

I'd like to see all the Target and WM stores that morning with unusually high concentration of collectors in the area.

...and everyone of those stores will have absolutely nothing put out. (just like they did for Indy)

I don't know about that.  I think Indy is a completely different case.  There hadn't been an Indiana Jones presence in stores for decades, and hence no shelf space.  Star Wars is already in the stores and has planogram space.  It's just a matter of expanding that.

I also think that with Indy there was a street date, but it really wasn't a big deal, there wasn't a major launch like was done with ROTS.

I think Hasbro is pushing the big-box stores to have major launches like with ROTS. I could see the marquee area at all of our TRUs switching over to Clone Wars in July.

I'm really surprised that they are still set up as Speed Racer (boy did Mattel blow a lot of money on that movie) - I would have thought that the area would have converted over to the Dark Knight at this point, but instead it seems that the Dark Knight, Hulk, Iron Man, Prince Caspian and Indy all seem relegated to a smaller area across from Speed Racer.

Just got caught up today on the QnA's.  I can't believe this thing weighs 16 pounds.  Perhaps that's with the weight of the 18 D size batteries?

Yak Bonus: How much does the BMF (Big Millennium Falcon) weigh?

Answer: Believe it or not, the Millennium Falcon weighs in at about 16 lbs, at least according to our material specs. That's one heavy MF!

I donno, with all the features and electronics, it's weight should be noticeable. Heck, i'll bet most of it is in the motorized ramp feature.  :P

Thanks for passing that along Ghost of QG - looking through those it really reinforces to me how awesome this toy is going to be.  The sounds/features/etc. are just great, and its amazing how many are included in this toy.  Its going to be one heck of a Falcon, and I can't wait.  If I could only buy one thing this year, I'm pretty sure this would be it.

Shows all the guns too...  Looks like they tried to include Han's hidden anti-infantry blaster as well there. :)

It's very cool to see so many more details from those illustrations.  The main smuggling hold/maintenance hatch in the main hold is cool to see.  And those other doors near the medical bay apparently open, too.  The battery location is pretty well disguised as well.

I got through the entire document, there's some nicely designed stuff in this thing. Hasbro really needs a huge pat on the back.

EDIT: There's a Youtube video for this!
