I caught it Matt, but this is about the first time I've had a chance.  And since the Insider gets to Canada about a gazillion days after you see it, what's your excuse for taking so long in posting it?

On top of that, I was completely floored by the helmets in the gift guide.  Rubies.com has or will have what looks like life size (and wearable :o) Riddell/Don Post style helmets.  Vader, clone trooper, Jango.  I checked the webpage, but could find nothing on pricing or availability.  

I love Kubrick's and all, but wow, those helmets look cool.

My excuse is that none of our damned mail is getting forwarded from our old address to our new one, despite numerous attempts on our part to figure out why...  >:(  The people who live there dropped me a line the other day saying they had a stack of our mail and that I should come by and get it.  Of course, therein was my Insider.  Happy now, B?!  :-*

Guess we'll find out soon enough how many Chase Sandtroopers there's going to be.  Hopefully it's just one, but Dale's guess was an interesting one - dirty vs. clean.  Hopefully Kubrick doesn't resort to that, and just sticks with the pauldron swapping...

Please, no McFarlane-esque dirty versus clean crap.  The pauldron colors should be much, much easier I would think.  And Dale has to send me his variant this time, it's only fair :-*

Well looking on evilBay, it seems that the carded Luke is making his apperance in a small force. Some of them seem to be openers for $59.99. Looks like the $20 Luke are making the rounds & eBay wil be flooded with them in time.

It looks just like the one I received today that's sitting next to me on my desk right now, but mine was $8 less... shipped!   ;D   :-*

Pretty cool little bugger, ain't it?  What 'til you actually get it.  Much smaller than you'd expect if you're like me and keep envisioning them as the size of a regular carded figure, even though we know damn well that they're not!   :P

Unfortunately though, that carded Fett is going to be eating away at me for some time to come.  That and the damned FF Weequay!   >:(

Just click on the link I provided for the Luke on eBay Adam. They are a few out there. One ended this morning for $70.
Looking back on the old thread on what we wanted to pay for one, there cheaper than we thought.  :)

Go get one Adam & join the club!  ;)
