I am BEYOND thrilled that one of the two droids is being repainted as OOM-9. The Trophy Edition version has been one of my personal holy grails for the last 7 years, and even though this isn't the same thing, if the AOTC/ROTS body holds true, it might just be the next best thing.
I'm also extremely happy that Hasbro is going to (hopefully) go with the AOTC/ROTS BD body sculpt as opposed to the AOTC Droid Assembly Line sculpt. Not that the latter isn't a good sculpt with superior plastic, but at least this version has better articulation at the elbows and (particularly) the head and neck.
I'm still not too happy with the case assortment ratios, though. The ROTS Clone which, at best, only appeared in the background of certain shots should probably have been at 1 per case with the SA Shocktrooper at 2. The AOTC Clone needs to be packed in every subsequent case outside of this one because it's going to be a bitch to find if it's not. The currently shipping Clone Sergeant from the Saga line seems to be the hardest to find figure of the final 22, and I'm thinking a plain white Clone will be even more difficult than that.
And, another minor personal gripe: if they're going to continue to flog the horribly underscaled Grievous, could they at least paint him correctly?
