Heading into the weekend I officially think this is weird now and not just a screw up.  There’s been plenty of time to fix it or for someone to correct the press release and update with a new window, and as far as I can tell no one from Hasbro has said a word about it.

Maybe there’s some kind of confusion on Targets part?  Could it be a case where they don’t know how to inappropriately mark this exclusive up because it doesn’t include Boba Fett?

That can't be it because it has Grogu in it, who is a Mandalorian and thus subject to a huge mark-up.

I'm guessing they will put it up for preorder this coming Wednesday and act like nothing was wrong.  Hasn't something like this happened before?

There have been times where the Hasbro announced pre-order dates for exclusives were wrong, but they usually issue a quick follow-up note or let it be known the correct date.  This is different in that we've now gone three days with no clarification from Hasbro (and the retailers usually don't say anything anyhow).

So another site contacted hasbro.  Hasbro said it was an error and Target told them it was going up today at 1.  But it once again didn’t so hasbro was contacted again and said they’re just as confused and acknowledged this is a PITA more or less.

So Target be fibbin and even hasbro is now like wtf. Hah.

I guess adding Yakface's IG to my notifications helps, because that's how I found out.  But it's ridiculous that Hasbro announced this as a preorder for this past Thursday at 1 pm ET, and then Target drops it this morning around 8:45 am.
