Yes, Jek (http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Jek). Also, Thire is only a lieutenant during the CW era.

Hondo was a cool surprise. And I'm REALLY looking forward to Aayla, especially since it looks like with a headswap she could fit in with the realistic stuff (for me the ROTS version has never cut it).

Weren't those guys (Nadarr's troopers) the same as the Senate Security clones? I think commander had different paint on the helmet, but the grunts were the same if I recall correctly.

Clone Commander Vil's grunts (Niner & Bel) from the Lair of Grievous episode have a different deco (namely the arm and belt treatment) than the Senate Security clones.

Huh, I never noticed that. I checked out images, and they look to be more of a rust color as well. I'm guessing that we'll see these guys when Hasbro decides to tool up a new helmet, as these troopers have the helmet lights.

For some reason Hondo reminds me of the recent Monkey Man figure from the Indiana Jones line. I will wind up getting Aayla Secura and most like Cmdr Bly.

Jek was previously referred to as Commander Thire's Trooper, so this probably will just be a repack of the 2-pack version.

Bump for December. EE has this wave listed as available this month, so we'll see.

I'm eagerly anticipating this wave. I want at least the Aayla and Bly figures and maybe the Hondo one as well.
I'm not an animated collector. This is more to do with character selection that anything. Besides, from the look of it the Aayla figure will fit in well with the realistic one. That's a big plus.

Aayla looks like one fantastic figure. I like the Clones as well, they're all done very well as always.

He is, that is Jek in the new photos.
I agree, the figures look great, although the Aayla hip-to-chest ration looks a little whacked. (She's very "hippy")
Can we assume that the arrival of these photos bodes well for the possibility of seeing these before the end of the year? :)

I believe they are called "child bearing hips" to be precise. LOL

I agree. I think there are a lot of people who want to use this fig in their regular basic line figs and the wide hips will disappoint them.

Interesting. So is the guy who sends JD the pictures the same guy that just posted these on eBay? Or are people just "borrowing" the images?
I do recall seeing the Vebb image here first, but at the time it was a random posting and not tied to an eBay auction. I guess we are making progress though!
I guess the next step will be seeing these in stock at the e-tailers.

EE just revised the preorder schedule for these...now estimated to arrive in January 2010. :( Boo...
I'm suddenly glad I bought the Vebb - a 3 month gap in figure waves is hard to stomach.

Seems like an opportune time to start my first "WHERE THE F ARE THE NEW TOYS" rant of the year. ;D
This Wave has been around since SDCC, so I figure they may as well go ahead and put 'em out. Last new TCW wave was what, 3-4 MONTHS ago? (!)
I'm officially jonesing for new swag.

And they are out now! Or at least, we're presently filling most backorders at Entertainment Earth, assuming you pre-ordered. Aayla and Hondo are both really impressive, although Hondo's goggles may be glued down? I can't tell, I don't want to break it.

Thanks for the good news! I wonder if this means both waves will be hitting on top of each other at retail too. Or will there be some separation?
I am guessing the next sign will be seeing these pop up carded on eBay, which has yet to happen, so probably a ways off yet from Wally and Target.

Based on how waves 6-10 were for us, I'd expect them to basically be showing up all at once at retail when they hit. And since the case is half (or more than half) old product it might be tougher to realize when they hit and were missed, just like some of the other waves since August.

Interesting , I checked out EE this morning and these are already listed as temporarily out of stock so I guess that first batch went all to pre-orders.
I also dug around last night and found a few carded Wave 12 on eBay (Thi-Sen, etc). But no carded Wave 11 figures. Odd.
At any rate, I am guessing these will start to show up soon at the brick and mortars.

We had several cases in stock after filling pre-orders, but they went pretty fast.
Aayla sticks out as a high point in the wave, Hondo's pretty great, Bly is what you expect, and Jek is just a little different than the Wal-Mart one. Like, the shoulder strap thing is painted differently. That's pretty much it.

I am somewhat interested in that Aayla even though I don't really collect CW figures. from the pics I have seen looks pretty darn good/non-animated.

I'm in Iowa. Kind of weird there were no sightings of this wave on the west coast prior to me finding these. :)

I actually read a few reports of them being spotted at TRU's on the West Coast, I believe prior to the Iowa and MN sightings. But either way, they're hitting pretty haphazardly. I just read reports of these being spotted at Walmarts in Alabama!
I have hit 6/7 Walmarts in Richmond today to no avail.

Sweet success! I found this wave today at TRU...had to hit 2 to complete the wave, but well worth the miles. No sign of Wave 2, but I'm more than satisified with what i got. Aayla and Hondo are home runs for sure.

I looked back at previous posts and it was almost 3 months to the day since the last wave hit. Happy to be off the wagon again. :)
Yeah, Jek and/or Bly may be a repack, but I don't have individually carded versions, so I'm good with those.

Jek is a repack/repaint of the Rookies 2 pack version. Cmdr. Bly is a new offering.

Jek is a very slight repaint-- the armor deco is basically the same, but the shoulder strap's deco is different. It's one of those minor things that nobody is going to care about (like Thire's hands) but if you're really picky about such things, there is a minor tell between the two.

I was shocked to find this Wave on the pegs at Target last night! First confirmed sighting at thr Big T as far as I am aware. Good to know they are relevant again.
Unfortunately they did not have the Wave 2 (Thi-Sen) nor any of the new Deluxe Vehicle/Fig packs. :(

grabbed Aayla and Hondo today from WM. Not sure if I will be keeping them or not - I wanted to tke them home and do some comparing since I am nto really a CW collector - but that Aayla looks darn good, and Hondo could potentially be a good Jabba filler goon character with his CW backstory.
I will say I am pretty impressed on how these things are starting to meld, imo, both CW and realistic style pretty close together.

Posted this in the other thread, but in case anyone missed it, I found 2 full cases from this wave on the pegs at TRU today during lunch. You could have knocked me over with a Pilf Mukmuk.
No idea if this was an aberration or whether these might start showing up again, but I had no inkling these would be back around, so it was a great relief. I grabbed a Hondo and Aayla for openers immediately.
Might be worth checking around if any of you guys still need these.

I never liked the eyes on the ones I bought, but the new re-release version they showed looked really good. It's subtle, but very noticeable to me as I am really keen on this figure.
Guess I'll have to compare side-by-side to be sure.

DUDE!! That's EXACTLY what I thought, but I thought that Hasbro just did a new head sculpt! For an instant I thought Hasbro was going to re-release Aayla in the future, but with a better headsculpt, but when I saw the "OUT: NOW" tag at the bottom I instantly became sad! :(
