Haven't ordered my cases yet, but will be shortly, after I've scooped up all the Hasbro crap this weekend.  Can't wait!

I am still waiting on my two cases of ROTS, but did fine at wal-mart with their 3.44 packs. got 11 of them.
I'm really liking this set too, beats clone strike good and hard.

Hi all,

Here the lists of my haves and wants. All minis are bagged and have stat cards unless noted otherwise.
I ship via USPS Mail and always us Deliver Confirmation. I also ship in BOXES,
not crappy envelopes, that, padded or not, always seem to bend my minis
before I get them.
I would like to stay stateside with my trades, but can trade out of the US for the right deal. I just am hesitant to trade overseas after my last box took
about a month to reach Aus. due to customs! bah... on to the good stuff!
About all I need are VR at this point, I don`t do the army building thing too
much. I pretty much think 1 VR= 1 VR 1R = 1R etc... but can and will wheel and deal for the right trades
First, my NEEDS.

Andy, I saw two price tags for the minis on the pegs - $9.96 and the $3.44 one you mentioned there.  But when I rang the boosters up, they were at the higher $9.96 price.  So how'd you manage that lower price?  Was there some kind of difference that I couldn't see?

Just scoped out the full ROTS lineup at WOTC, and am rather less than impressed right now.  Not sure why, but I think the fact that we're getting practically identical Maces and Yodas to the Clone Strike set is one reason.  That's really week.  Some of the VR choices seem a little strange too.  But I'll get 'em sooner or later here!

I think people who got them for $3.44, that might have been the only shelf tag.

I kinda like this set better than CS, not sure why though...
I thought the same thing about Yoda and Mace. I got a Yoda (at least he`s only
a rare this time) and thought I opened a CS booster!

I read over at WOTC that those $3.44 price tags at WM were a total mistake, and that they weren't supposed to sell anything at that amount actually.  Sounds like they were actually meant to be for the TCG sets, and not "ROTS booster" or whatever they actually called it on those incorrect peg stickers.  Sounds like some lucky people, like Andy, actually tore the pegs off, and took them up to customer service, and scored them at the mistaken $3.44 price though...  8)

Anyway, I wandered into a local gaming store this afternoon, where they sell the boosters for a marginally reasonable $10.99, and decided I'd see if I could "cherry-pick" some of the heavier VRs, like back in the RS set.  I was thinking that with the Grievous Wheelbike, AT-RT, and Chewie, that I might have a shot at getting something good.  So they pulled their 16 or so boosters out, and I started weighing them all.  Only two felt somewhat heavy to me, so I just bought those.  I'm sure a few of you can probably see where this is headed...  Yep, total brainfart.  Forgot all about that fatass Common Yuzzems!  ::)  Duh.  Scored one in each set, of course.  But hey, at least my "weight test" worked.  Sorta.

BUT, I did manage to luck upon the Darth Vader in one of the sets, so it wasn't a total loss.  Pulled young Boba in the other, so that was kinda lame.  But at least I'm off and running now.  Plan on ordering a case here soon, so we'll get my new trading list up and running when I finally get that...

Yep, Yuzzem is a cherry picker buster for sure. 100% of the box shakers I`ve seen have gotten them and not AT-RT or Grev. Wheel bike (I even tried 2 myself, lol).
Good score on the Vader, I had to trade for one. I pulled a Mace today & have to add him to my trade list now. If all my trades come in (crossing fingers) I will need just the AT-RT and Grev. Wheel Bike to complete my set.

I love the clone troopers in this set, they look great!

I haven't got into these yet.  I don't know if I will.  I'm actually thinking about selling them and just concentrating on Attacktix.  That game is a hell of a lot easier to play and understand.  Come join me Matt.   :P

I don't play either game.  I just love miniature ****.  ;)

I'm going to continue on with the minis here, but still refrain from their larger Attacktix counterparts...

I've got some pics of the newer items, I'll try and get them up tonight if I can.  Lots of big stuff, I swear Colman wet his pants at the same time he was crapping in them.

The AT-AT is awesome, to say the least and fairly close in size to the POTF2 version.  It is smaller, but not appreciably so.

Yeah, they had the entire Universe set on display there, including the Rancor, Bantha, Endor everyone, Lobot, Ackbar, and about 55 others I can't remember right now.  Amazing set, with lots of love for the OT, that's for sure.  Just incredible looking stuff.

AT-AT is indeed $50, btw...

Read that its point cost will be 200, and can move forward and diagonal, but not reverse (which makes sense). Also, can STOMP figures in its way! lol
I saw Thrawn there too, with his force stopper parrot on his shoulder.
I can`t wait for these, and I don`t even have ROTS set done yet!
