That seemed like a given, so I'm mostly excited about this so we can see what #4 is going to be.

I am getting tempted on this one.  I have been selling off my collection and haven't been buying much Hasbro for several years.  I don't have a single Mando figure, so I figured it was an easy pass.  I still haven't found room to open and display the Barge yet, so buying another large vehicle didn't seem practical.  However, the one thing I have been buying has been the retro figures, mainly to keep carded.  I have been buying two of the figures like Tarkin that were never made in the original line.  So what does Hasbro do?  They make a line of retro Mandalorian figures which I have preordered two of each, including the Stormtrooper that comes with the Monopoly game.  So now I could display this with the retro figures and not have to worry about hunting down a bunch of Mando figures I never purchased.  I guess I have a little over a week to decide.

Do you think we are going to have to wait until Mando Monday to see Unlock #4 revealed?

I doubt it.  There’s only so many days left and the unlocks add hype.  They need to show it today to keep things moving.

Yeah, I'd agree with Rob.  Waiting until Monday burns four days of the last eleven. 

Revealing it today (and following up with some additional promo in Fan First Friday pr emails tomorrow) helps it keep rolling and hopefully they can use Mando Monday on 11/2 to reveal unlock #5. as it heads into the final week of availability.

If they aren’t going to reveal it today, it’s probably going to be tomorrow.  Tie that reveal in with chapter 1 of the new season dropping in order to get some bang for the buck.  We saw the pace of the backers increase after the Mando Monday reveals.  I think we’re pretty likely to see some coordinated promotions going on tomorrow or even later today leading up to the first episode.

With so few days left, every minute they aren't revealing the next unlock is a potential wasted sale. They should have announced it right when they crossed the threshold.

So no announcement yesterday on unlock #4 was disappointing. 

Hopefully they get something cooking today for a "Fan First Friday" thing or tied into the premiere today otherwise it probably is waiting until Mando Monday for a reveal which just seems like a waste of momentum to me.

100% Agree, but I don't have much faith in that marketing guy.

Honestly, I'm pretty happy with the unlocks we got. Anything else is gravy (which doesn't mean I don't want the next reveals). But yeah, dumb move not announcing it right away to keep it moving.

Off-World Jawa Elder at 17k backers

Not super excited about either of these, but I'd take them.  I wish they were flipped - I'm not sure we can get to 17k and I'd always take an extra figure over a display stand.  I'm sure we'll get the Jawa Elder figure either way.
