Yeeesh.
Reminds me of the...being on the left.

Reminds me of the POTF2 days.

LOL! That's hilarious Lando!

Oh yeah, that scene where a padawan donned a disguise to infiltrate the handmaiden ranks, and saw the secret handmaiden pillow fights. Won't that be in the rerelease?
-
Dr. Frankenfurter? That you in those lovely tye-dyed robes?
EDIT:
Bea Arthur figure, finally?

A Royal Guard without its mask on?
-
Yeah, that's pretty damned bad looking. Not turning out to be the greatest figure with that nasty face and it's rainbow gown. Bummer, after waiting for her/him/it for so long. :(

Geez, that is one ugly figure.
Well, I guess this handmaiden is better than NO handmaiden? Maybe?

Yeah, that really isn't a good likeness, face wise. Almost looks like one of the Dignitaries we got last year. I guess actually having a handmaiden figure is nice, although they could have done a little better job on it from the looks of it.
-
I'm just glad they didn't call her Padme. Good lord. I wonder how old the sculpt is - could be as old as '99.
-
I got mine today and of the 2 in the case, one had an actually OK paintjob on the face, and it looks a little better than the GH pics. The 2nd though looks horrible.
Not a great figure at all. But the head seems to be on a ballsocket, but I'm afraid to pull too hard to find out for sure. Why they didn't sculpt the headpiece as a two part section, with the hood overlapping a seperate head/red inner wrap thing underneath I don't know. Would have probably solved the biggest problem with the look of the fig.

If her neck's the new (pop right on/off) ball/socket I'm wagerin then that she's a new sculpt... If it's the old pin with molded-on pliable head, then I'd think she could be older. Given her sub-par look it's disappointing.
The sounds of a street-walker variant and sorta ok variant though give some hope... The figure's not "much" though, so I'm kinda curious if this won't turn into a pegwarmer. Given the shipping timing on these... Eh, could see heavy distribution leading into X-Mas, and peg-warming. :(
