I think I have a man-crush on Bronn. While the big wedding dominated the episode, the brief scene of Bronn training Jaimie was my favorite part.

These figures have a slight animated vibe to them, which I like. I am leaning towards getting one of the Augurt (August + Yogurt?  :P) figures. The SOL figure struck me as rather basic and light on accessories, which made the price point hard to justify. The Augurt has more weapons and appears to have more going on sculpt-wise, so it seems like the right choice for me to try out.

I have to admit though, the statue/dio set looks great. The vehicles are still overpriced IMO.

Just curious but is this on clearance too?  If so, A) that's a shame, and B) where I can get 3 dozen of them for their clearance prices?  :D

I don't think I have seen any Speeder Bikes around since last summer perhaps. They hung around for awhile but all of a sudden vanished from shelves.

I found some figs tonight for my bro but 5B's are getting picked over DAMN fast here.

I got a Kwinn, Flint, and some others.  Army builders are almost always gone immediately.  I'm looking though.

I was hoping to find Lady Jaye for myself, but that's not the wave coming in here I guess?

I got an Ultimate SS though, for my meager "I want ultimates of figures I dug as a kid" collection, and holy **** is this SS "ultimate" to the max.  I can't even tell what half his accessories even are, they're so tiny and weird looking.

Ultimate SS is a steal for five bucks. Kwinn and Flint are pretty awesome too. As I said earlier... I'm so bummed my region isn't getting that wave. I would have a field day.

Regarding Lady Jaye, that figure is shipping with the other assortment, aka the Night Viper wave. I'm hoping the Five Below distribution changes at some point, with the Night Viper wave hitting up north and the Ultimates down south. If you get desperate for a Lady Jaye and don't mind paying ten bucks, TRU might be worth a shot.

Typically the Con exclusives don't impress me, but some of the figures this year are very nice. The Zombie Steel Brigade is terrific, and the Clutch doesn't look too bad either. I hope to track down those figures along with Outback and the zombie Dog from the box set, assuming I can find somewhat reasonable prices. The Steel Brigade Pilot also looks neat, but I don't really like the Ghost Hawk so I definitely can't justify the price for that one.

I'm jealous of the Five Belows up north getting the "Ultimate" wave. Down here the local Five Belows are only stocking the Night Viper wave, which isn't terrible, but the "Ultimate" wave would have been way better.

TRU has also been stocking the Night Viper wave fairly regularly over the past three weeks or so. I think one case per week at two different stores in my area. Once again, I would have preferred to see the "Ultimate" wave.

Spotted these at Target earlier. Well, 3 Iron Men and 2 Caps. The packaging is similar to the Black Series packaging. $9.99 a pop i you're lucky enough to find the new figures.

Just curious did this line have its own peg space and DPCI, or was it the same space and number as MU? If the latter they may never show up near me.

No true duds in this wave IMO. Mace isn't as exciting as the rest but is a masterpiece compared to the lousy figures in waves 1 and 2.

I have two K-Marts reasonably close to me.

One is possibly the best store ever, and they currently stock (and re-stock) toys more frequently than Wal-Mart or Target. The store is clean, well organized, and in a fairly nice location. It is tied with TRU at the moment as my favorite place to look for toys.

The other K-Mart... it's a Glock store. It is located in a nice area, but the store itself is trashy and dirty. Poorly organized and run (like... new items in a clearance aisle, several week late resets, POTF2 back stock/returns in 2011), lazy employees, and all-around deplorable shopping experience.

Guess which store is closing?  :D

I honestly don't recall seeing this, but if it was in those large Target sets of 9 figures, I probably would've not known, nor cared, because they were all repacks...  It'd only be of interest to a carded collector, but I have a feeling if this is part of the Target big 9-packs then you can find it in the 9-pack for less than what he paid for it individually, which would be funny as all get out.

The Android set wasn't released in the big 9-pack (or 3-pack 3-pack), but rather individually in one of the follow-up waves. I know a few of those sets (like Vader/Stormtrooper/DST, Obi/Han/Luke, Androids) ended up slightly rare in my area. $150 still seems unrealistically high for the set... something like $50 would seem much more down to earth.

I saw Falcon flying around in a commercial last night! Can that character's appearance really be considered a spoiler if he is included in the advertising?

Who's found Fett so far?

He's available on Amazon for $14, but I haven't seen him anywhere.  I'm wondering if it's worth it to just pay double what he'd cost in the store to be done with it...

I have an extra loose and carded Fett at cost if you want one. It's definitely not worth paying double for Fett, or any 5poa figure for that matter.

I was told people were really going ape**** over the last figure announced?

I kinda wish there was something like this for Star Wars, honestly...  If we were getting obscurity for a premium that basically Hasbro guaranteed us they weren't ever going to do, so deal with it here or not at all, I think I'd be in with just a tinge of bitching.  :-\

Tonnika Sisters, complete with camel toe, anyone?

I didn't get the Joe subscription, but that final "bonus" figure sure did seem like a slap in the face. For the price and quality (or lack thereof) I really think the Joe club is a total farce, and I would be very disappointed if a similar operation got ahold of rights for Star Wars .

The leader of the marauder gang made some comment to Daryl like "let's go hurt people" or something like that. That, along with the one guy choking out the other when Rick was hiding, has me thinking that these guys are just on a senseless rampage in this lawless state. A gang like this seems even more dangerous than a psycho like the Governor, who still had some self-imposed rules/limits. It should be interesting when the marauder gang crosses paths with any of our "hero" groups.
