Really hate these exclusive army builders, especially when it's Walgreens. Hopefully it's easy to find but I'm not putting money on it.

Again Walgreens gets a Clone Trooper as an exclusive.  I am definitely going to preorder this one, since I never saw the previous Walgreens exclusive figure in a store.

I'm a little disappointed by the particular Clone that was chosen, though.  The 212th Battalion Clone was already released in the Order 66 4-pack.  I would have thought that after Walgreens had the Clone Lieutenant in phase 1 armor last year, maybe they would get the Clone Commander in phase 1 armor for this year.  But then it would be a matter of picking between which Clone from a previously released 4-pack do you go with?

Yes - this one uses the new Clone Trooper sculpt.  So completely different sculpt to the one in the old 4-pack.

Did anyone verify if the Black Series Archive 501st Clone was using the new sculpt, or are they reissuing the original phase 2 armor sculpt?

I've been checking the Walgreens site most of the morning.  No sign of it yet.

I've never, ever been able to successfully pre-order or order a Star Wars figure from Walgreens.  I'm assuming this will be the same.

I think it either got canceled or postponed. Hasn’t been a peep about it in their inventory system.

This seems to have disappeared like a fart in the wind.

It seems like these *MIGHT* be coming to Walgreens stores in the not so distant future.  Some images from Asia surfaced, but some people thought that the figures might be seconds or defects since the helmet of the 212th trooper was missing a black band. 

It seems like the missing black band on the helmet is by design, as discussed in this Hasbro Q&A with Victoria's Cantina.  That look was intended to represent the 212th as seen in the Clone Wars animated series, and not how they're depicted in Revenge of the Sith.

I picked this trooper up today at a local Walgreens.  It’s nice to actually find something new out there.
