Pretty sweet pic of a gathering of overarticulated goofballs:

That code is only good on non-toys

Oh yeah.

Duh. I forgot.

I had some DVDs in there that I took out since I was buying these instead, so that's why it's not there.

A code for non-toys given to people that ordered toys?  Is there logic in there anywhere? ::)  But thanks for the info...

As far as that pic goes, hmmm, two things come to mind: I need a Cyclops fig, anyone seeing those around?  And was Cable ever in the X-men?  Not when I was reading, X-factor and the other X-kidlet stuff, but never an X-man, IIRC (which I probably don't).

I guess since he's the offspring of two X-Men, he gets inclusion.

Starting to have second thoughts about that ML 8 on Amazon. I'm thinking I'm just getting caught up in the hype-- I really don't want any of those characters.

I'll trade ya for the Ock, the rest I have coming from Scott.  Hype is bad, very bad.  I still have 12 long boxes of comics that say I was an idiot love comic characters, so the line is a natural for me.  And I'm quite pleased with it, since it retails here at the same price as star wars figures for the most part.  Much nicer stuff, but room is always the issue.

Wave IX Galactus Series[/i]
Grey Hulk (1st Appearance)
Nightcrawler
Professor X
Deathlok
Doctor Strange
War Machine
Bullseye
Galactus (Assembled from pieces in each figure!)
Green Hulk (1st Appearance) CHASE VARIANT[/i]
Bullseye CHASE VARIANT[/i]
Professor X CHASE VARIANT[/i]

Wave X Sentinel Series[/i]
1st Appearance Spiderman
Cyclops
Angel
Black Panther
Omega Red
Mr. Sinister
Mystique
X-Factor Cyclops CHASE VARIANT[/i]
X-Factor Angel CHASE VARIANT[/i]
Black Panther CHASE VARIANT[/i]

Uh, um.  uh-oh? :-\

Looking into pre-ordering these a la Scott and came across these case assortments:

ML9
Case of twelve (12) action figures may include
2 x 1st Appearance Grey Hulk
2 x Nightcrawler
1 x Deathlok
2 x Dr. Strange
2 x War Machine
1 x Bullseye
2 x Professor X
Subject to change without notice.

ML10
Case of twelve (12) action figures may include
2 x 1st Appearance Spider-Man
2 x Cyclops
2 x Angel
2 x Black Panther
1 x Omega Red
2 x Mr. Sinister
1 x Mystique. Subject to change without notice.

Now, I see the caveat, may change, blah, blah, blah.  But what if it doesn't?  Has the case pack ratio been confirmed by toybiz, or are there going to be a whole wack of people unhappy with this as the seriously chase Deathlok/Bullseye and Omega Red/Mystique to complete their Galactus and Sentinel, respectively?

I knew I should have grabbed one when I saw it recently.  I'll see what I can do.  Now I just have to remember what TRU I saw it at.

Thanks.  Sorry about that, it was in the back of my mind for a very long time but wasn't a priority.  The pic Ben linked made me realize it does indeed fit pretty well with the rest of them.

Thanks for informing us of the Amazon listings Ben, much appreciated.  I was already too late for the one I really wanted, Doc Ock, but I'm tempted to pick up a couple others.  My non-SW toy boycott might be pretty short lived :).  I've been interested in the Cap and Iceman, and they are still in stock so far, have to see if they are later on today.  Darn tempting Legends!  I guess the good thing though, that I believe Scott mentioned in another thread, over the course of a year the Marvel figure spending can even out pretty well, especially if you aren't a completist.

Is nobody seeing the Sinister Six box set anywhere now?  It's drying up on ebay at the moment, so I'm close to panicking. :-\

The last one I saw in the store was the one I bought.  If I see another I'll be sure to pick it up Brent.

Little addendum- I screwed up putting my card number in (retard) so now I'm not even going to bother.

I found some ML7 today, but didn't even think about buying them.  :-\

The only time I can remember Cable being part of the X-Man team was during the X-Cutioner's Song storyline when he was sort of expelled from X-Force, but it was more of an alliance than anything.

I'm sure he was, at one time or another, part of the X-Men, though.
