ughhhh the rumors on this line right now suck.... hard....
rumor mill is stating that the only things coming out are 4 figures in the 6 inch scale and the the one box set that TRU.com has up for sale right now that has 4 figures from wave 1 and only one new figure - that elf dude. Rumor is saying this is it if they dont sell well.
I find that hard to believe but I can also understand it now because wave 1 struggled so much and since this line is purely exclusive to only one retail outlet now (TRU)

Just watched the premiere today - I thought it was pretty "meh".
Anyway, I went to Walgreens today to pick up a prescription and I saw these figures were being sold there and the normal price on them was $13.50 which I thought was pretty good. Then I saw they had them on sale for $9.99 until the 26th - so that is pretty sweet. Too bad they still aren't cool enough for me to jump in on them. I guess I just don't like the McFarlane style (especially their articulation) or the scale.
They had the entire Andrea wave at my local store

the two Gandalfs are different - some slight deco changes on the one from the two pack to make him look like he got beat a little in the fight
supposedly you can stretch Gandalf's hat by boiling it and pushing it down on his head

I got my wave 3 case from BBTS and they all look great. So far I have only cracked open Cobra Commander and he is really cool and I might nab a second one for other head if I find him at retail. I really like his Fang copter thing he comes with too.
I only quickly glanced over the rest but the worst of the bunch paint apps wise was Road Blocks head - they we went waaaayyyyy too think with the paint on his facial hair.
